I just had to stop for a moment and let the world know that there are still some really kind and caring people left in this crazy world we live in. I just pulled through the drive thru to grab some fries and a coke to get me by until I got home. I’ve had a really rough day today and when I went to use my cash app from my phone I didn’t know how to use this technology. The world just changes so fast and I quit trying to keep up. It said zero balance but my husband was supposed to have already put money on there for me to buy groceries. A beautiful angel made my entire day better for me and took away the tightness from my chest and I just felt the anxiety leave me. Her name is Brittany and she is small petite lady with an amazing heart and beautiful smile that lights up a room. She was so patient with me and showed me how to do what I needed to do with the card on phone and it all worked out just amazing. Just a big reminder how we may change someone’s entire day by just being patient and compassionate. Thank you Brittany! Your thoughtful kindness will always be remembered. God bless you for turning my horrible day into one that makes life worth living and gives me the hope to keep living one day at a time and to always be kind to others for you never know what they have been through. May everyone take something good from this and let’s join together to stand for one another and pass loving kindness always to our fellow brothers and sisters. This may sound silly to some but it was a blessing in my life. Oh! the fries were hot and my Coke was perfect with lots of ice and a good burn. Those are hard to find these days. Most taste flat and too sweet. But again, thank you Brittany and may this blessing be returned to you tenfold….....
Read moreI never complain , if I don’t like the place I just don’t go back but this here, someone needs to read this. When I pulled into the drive thru the first words were “we don’t have medium or large cups for drinks or fries or anything.” I get it, I understand that’s fine. It took 45 minutes to get my food, at 20 minutes I stepped in and all I did was ask about my order. The lady with the short hair said “it will be done when it’s done and we will bring it to your car” I responded with “okay thank you”. I’m not going to argue with her. Fast food is never an easy job. After 45 minutes I got my food, my fries were upside down and all over in the bag. My sandwich was not fully wrapped. The lady before handing me the bag, grabbed the receipt and ripped it in half. She ripped the part for the survey. I also saw what seemed to be someone she knew, she handed her a large cup for fries and a drink.
I gave this place a second chance, I haven’t been here in 3 months because I got food poisoning the last time. And now this. I get it, if you don’t want to work with the public, please don’t take your anger out on the customer, just find another place that better suits you. Read moreThe girl behind the counter at 11:15am this morning, Saturday, March 4, 2017 was horrible. Worst customer service I have received in years. I did seven years of food service including time in management, and even studied leadership at the doctorate level for a while, and, well, she needs to be fired or retrained or put somewhere that doesn't require interactions with customers. I told her my order was for here and she gave me this look as though I had just given her the plague. Then about five minutes later she handed me a bag with a semicold burger in it, and again I told her it was for here. She started walking away ignoring me. So I said, "Can I please have a tray?" She gave me a horrible glare and slammed a tray on the counter and walked away. She didn't bother taking the sandwich out of the bag and placing it on the tray, or even placing the bag on the tray. Wow. Get new "talent" or new management who knows how to properly scout and train and teach good customer service, or just shut...
