Zero service. Too busy with drive through to wait on customers standing in line waiting. Worst one in Longview.
Edit: It’s great you reply to a bad review. How about several phone calls to you about this? How about emails explaining this trash service? You don’t value that feedback? Only when it is public for all to see do you actually care and want to correct it huh? Your company has been informed of this exact garbage service over and over. At the time I wasn’t waited on, you had three employees in the store and one customer in the drive through. I was the only customer inside the store yet still, I couldn’t be bothered with a greeting or any service at all. This is a normal occurrence and indicates a failure of management at all levels.
Stop worrying about hiring the they them blue hair don’t care and start worrying about your business. You’re losing market share quickly with all the new (seven last year alone) coffee shops popping up. Poor or even no service will not help you regain any of that share.
As customers we don’t have a lot of say so in your business personally but, we have money to take to other businesses that obviously value and appreciate it...
Read moreAsked for a shaken espresso as always and received a cup of practically milk without the topping I paid for. Had to ask for the topping to be put on and asked about the color since I should at least be able to see the espresso in it. Was told to try it and if I didnt like it then they would remake it. I know what i order every day and what it should look like. Ive NEVER been told that I need to try it before they remake it. Chalked it up as a loss and took the drink because I didnt have time to argue and then have them remake it. I typically wouldn't complain but when you spend so much money every single week for coffee I at least want to get it the way I paid for (since adding things costs more) I understand that this is a coffee place and it does get busy. But if they could put a focus on training that would help as with this being considered a luxury habit and prices are insane you would think the product...

At 6:23pm a worker proceeds to say we have to close the doors at 6:30 pm . I’m so sorry for having y’all to leave . But yet another customer still was in Starbucks . So we went back inside . And waited for our drinks . She kept overly apologizing like she knew she was in the wrong . It’s a no for me . Customer service is everything and tonight showed how Starbucks really is . Also the hot chocolate tasted very watered down , no milk , definitely didn’t take a lick of whip cream . It’s just overall I’m done...
