Chugg's Tea & Water Co. — Restaurant in Longview

We were their customers since they started in Hallsville, Texas. The customer service was very good. The staff were nice and friendly. The store's FB page says they will carry your 5gallon jugs to your car which is good for a refilling station. After they moved to Longview, Texas, the customer service were way different than the previous store. Most of the staff weren't friendly. When you got 2-3 5gal jugs that you brought for refill in the drive thru, they will tell you to bring them inside so there will be no hold up in the line. Understandable reason. We brought it inside and had them refilled. After that, nobody even offered to help you carry them to your car which was not parked close to the door because people were in front eating while there were 2 food trucks parked in front. When I posted in their comment page about how different their staff from the previous location to the present and wasn't it they were supposed to carry the jugs to the car as posted in their page? THE COMMENT WAS DELETED, instead of being professional by addressing the issue. Now, I wonder why in their FB page, all you see are 5 star reviews and positive comments...and now I know why most of the staff act the way they do...Your guess is the...

If you like iced tea, you'll love this place! Chuggs makes fantastic sweet or unsweetened tea in many delicious flavors. You can buy it by the cup or the gallon. When you fill your own cup, you can even mix tea flavors! So, if you want to have a blueberry, pomegranate, raspberry, sweet mint tea - go get it! That have seasonal flavors like pumpkin pie spice (ahhhmazing!) and vanilla chai (I had it just yesterday!). Pineapple, Raspberry, Blueberry Pomegranate, Coconut, Mint, and Plain are the flavors I remember off the top of my head. The store is light and clean and the service is friendly. I've been to chugs numerous times since the open now. The Tea the 1st time was good I wouldn't say it was awesome because they use a flavor in the Tea instead of natural Flavors. My favorite Tea was the pineapple sweet tea I'd had a nice flavor to it you couldn't taste artificial flavor in the Tea. There is also a few times that to tea tasted old like had been sitting there for a couple days. Over all chugs was good not great I still think of other Tea places have on beat even...
