I used to manage several different stores. I managed Estes Pkwy, Judson Rd, Tyler's Broadway & Gentry, Lindale and they were mostly all Taco Bell/KFC combo stores so I am a little bit tougher on them with my reviews but let's see.... Location was clean, I stood at the counter with no other customers in the store for about 10-15 minutes and when I was helped I had to repeat myself 3-4 times because the girl wasn't paying attention to me. It then took another 10 minutes to get my food which is ridiculous considering there was maybe 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru. The food is way too expensive for the portions provided. There was hardly any cheese on the tacos and I understand that upper management does stress on food cost but there is a set amount of portions employees are supposed to be trained on using for each product. Honestly every single location I have been to for the past 2 or 3 years have been very disappointing. I have a very specific way I like my order which is the T6 Chalupas w/ Steak Nacho cheese and 3 blend cheese only and add lime sauce if it is available. If they make it right it's hard to beat how good it is, but that's the issue I don't think I have been able to get it done right for a while now so I just gave up and stopped getting what I want and really I rather just not eat there at all anymore.    Read moreThis was such a bad experience. We we got one of the boxes, a nacho bellgrande and was supposed to be a soft taco. First of all we waited & waited for the cashier who said she'd be there, but never returned. There was another young lady who came to take our order, but I guess in all the chaos she forgot to put my soft taco in and put a hard taco. Anyway we waited for a long time for our order; too long. I had a drink in the vehicle, but because of such a long waited it totally melted. While we were waiting so long I bought a happy hour freeze ( we should've been given the drinks to compensate for the wait to order and then for the food). FINALLY we got our food, got immediately home ANDDDD the food was already cold. Are you serious? Not only did I have the wrong taco it was so sloppy I didn't want it, and the meat was cold. The nacho bell grande had a lot of beans with a spoon of meat sauce (if that's what you call it), a splatter of cheese, about 4 small tomatoes, and some sour cream. I order a side of guacamole and it was a dot for .59. This was the worse experience I've had there. We could've gone many other places for $16. We learned a valuable lesson. Very few people want to work and most take no pride in their jobs anymore. Eating out isn't what it used to be, but don't slop someone's food when you've kept them waiting...

Update - 12/24/21 It's really hard to even want to come back. Yes, I ordered at 8PM on Christmas Eve. I'm standing in the lobby @ 9PM, waiting for my order to even get partially filled. And I'm told to call a non-existent #. Earlier this year we waited over 45 minutes for our food. Whoever the owner is for this location must not care as it's reflected in the management and employees. â---âââ------------------------------ This location has repeatedly gotten orders wrong, whether it's been through the drive-thru, mobile, or coming in and ordering. Tonight, they forgot the Nachos I ordered, yet paid for. And instead of a regular bean burrito, they gave us a cheesy bean and rice burrito instead. Minor, maybe, but this is not the first time it has happened, and the bean burrito was for my daughter who doesn't do spicy food. They had a new guy filling the orders and it was even "checked" by someone else, with who I think might've been the owner in the store, yet they still missed the nachos and gave us an incorrect item.
Minor maybe for one trip, but this has been at least the 4th trip that we have been to this location recently, and they have forgotten something in the order or gotten something wrong...
