Update 7/5/25 The new manager Daniel is very rude and he's been reported many times by many different people that come too hot box. Went in there today with a vape that I had bought less than a month ago and was having issues with it he kept saying that the tank got hot or the fact that the vape doesn't have a seal on it it is a voopoo I never worked right from the time I got it I thought it was just a glitch in the vape or in the way I was using it he made excuse after excuse about they don't warranty tanks they don't warranty unless it's a manufacturer defect on the actual vape, we ended up buying a deal that we paid for vape juice and got a new vape and tank brought it home Make sure it was cool made sure everything was good with it put vape juice in it it worked like a charm work like my husband's $80 one looked at the tank at the top and it looks different from the one that I had I still have the old tank and the old vape something needs to be done I either need to receive a new machine completely free or something needs to be done about him All he did was complain and say what he couldn't do he never looked up when we bought the vape and I'm just tired of dealing with them I will not go back except to get my husband's vape juice because it has to be mixed but from now on I will not go in that store I will not have anything to do with them y'all are losing $200 a month in business because of your manager's...
Read moreI would have given this place 5 stars if I posted this a month ago. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I buy one particular thing (gummies) there often. The last one I bought had a terrible, terrible taste and smell. I should have taken them back the next day, but I didn't. Meant to do it every day. A couple weeks past and I finally remembered to take them back. They agreed they smelled very bad, like a burnt candle was in there. In my defense I was a loyal customer and have sent them a lot of business over the past couple of years In their defense, almost half the bottle was gone. I still took them at night to help sleep. Just had to tough it out. I thought they might replace the bottle or some type of credit. Wrong. They did nothing. They agreed something was wrong with them but said too much time had past and I had no receipt. Now, I'm member of their loyalty club so they could go back and look, but no. I just wanted to be reassured the Product was safe. They didn't seemed concerned about any of it. They could have at least offered some of their store brand they are always try to push, saying "ours are just as good as theirs and cheaper" but they didn't offer that. Read moreI've purchased a few things from here, a mod, tank, batteries, juice and coils. It's not my go to location, but most of the staff is pretty great and will answer any/all questions. I tried a few house juices, nothing out of my ordinary flavor choices, but all of them tasted very chemically or like cough syrup. I would have rated 4 stars, but once when buying coils for a SMOK baby V2 I had a brief back and forth with the employee because I was told SMOK only offered 2 coils, and I know there are three. I couldn't remember the exact one I was looking for, but I knew the wattage range and the two they had in store were not the one I needed. I left feeling flustered because I felt like the employee was being condescending towards me with his tone because I couldn't remember that the coil I wanted as an "A3" and they had no knowledge it was even a thing. I dont use my smok tank often so I couldn't recall the A3 at the time or I would have. I will still shop here, but probably only if it's for a mod or tank I cant find...
