First time ever to use the drive thru at this location. I pulled up to place an order, and was told to hold for a moment, which was fine and acceptable. Then I kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting. The next thing I know, over ten minutes had passed. We even had another customer behind me that got tired of waiting, so they backed up and left. I got tired of waiting, so decided to back out of the drive thru line and go inside. After I had backed out of the line, another car pulled up to the speaker, and their order was taken immediately. So I went inside and my order was taken. When I got ready to check out, I presented my frustrated drive thru experience with the employee that was ringing up my order. She stated she was not the manager, and got the manager for me. A few minutes had passed, as the manager was busy, and then I was finally able to present my frustrated experience to the manager. The manager at first defended the long wait, as they had a large order of twelve subs to make. I could understand the wait if there were only a couple of employees, and they had stated so on the drive thru speaker. However, when I went inside, there were five employees, which were more than enough hands to knock out a large order, and not keep other customers waiting. The manager also did not even apologize and basically asked me what I would like her to do about it. An apology and compensation for having to wait so long would have sufficed, but she did not budge. Only thing that was presented was to order an extra sub to get for free, which was already part of a promotion. I did not need an extra sub, as would have gone to waste, so I just left. I will say, the food was great, just a horrible customer service experience. So word to the wise, if you go to this location, go inside, otherwise you might be waiting a while for their drive thru service. I personally plan on using another location in the future, in hopes of better customer service, though I doubt I will want Subway again anytime soon after...

We always have issues with the speed in which we are greeted and served. One customer in the whole store requires every single employees attention apparently. Tonight my husband and I went through the drive through. Someone came on the speaker and asked us to hold for a moment. 15 mins later and still they had not come back to take our order. We pull around to the window where a short, brunette girl opened the window with an attitude. We both told her that we had been waiting for 15 mins at the speaker. She said “do you have a mobile order?” We both answered rather annoyed that we do not have a mobile order, we are needing to order right now. She waved her hand towards the dining areas explaining that “yeah…well we’ve been busy”….with ONE WHOLE PERSON in the entire place. To add insult to injury, she was chewing food in between words. Read moreI ordered the Monday daily deal which is the cold cut combo; everything was good on the sandwich with the exception of brown lettuce in the container; I asked for fresh lettuce. There always seems to be tension, anger etc at this location since some of their best workers are no longer there. Some of the workers don't know their job; making big money amount mistakes on the register. The manager is a smart butt and doesn't care how she speaks to customers when the workers made the mistake. If she's like this with customers , her attitude is probably reflected on the workers. The tea is ALWAYS watered down, and the cookies are touch and go. I don't like the multi grain bread that replaced the regular wheat bread; they need to bring it back because it's like eating huge nuts on your sandwich.
