I was enticed to visit my local HteaO via email introducing the new Cherry Tea & double points. I was very disappointed to find a very untidy store and inattentive staff members. I had to approach a member to find out if unsweetened cherry tea was available; only to find out it was Not. So I reluctantly got my usual even though it appeared very pale in color and tasted weak. When I was ready to pay I waited several minutes in silence before a member came to take my payment. I had 2 gift cards. She told me they didn’t have any funds available and I knew for a fact one of them did for sure. At this point I paid in cash and received no apologies from the member. You must do better HTea-O. Read moreMy mom and I went to get a tea like we regularly do, and the lady working the drive thru named kenzie was very rude to us. She hurried up and gave us the total after my mom ordering a tea for me. Everytime we come to get a tea and she is working, she gives us horrible customer service. She is so unprofessional, and rude. We love getting tea from this place, but we do not appreciate the bad customer service that she gives.
Update 9/9/2025: I went to get a tea this morning, I didn’t notice that there was a BUG in my drink until 2 hours later. That’s disgusting. I have been a customer for a long time and now I’m not going back to this place. I dont know what they got going on but it’s not giving what it’s...
Read moreIf you love tea, you need to come here! It is amazing! I'm going to be getting a jug weekly. The staff is attentive and goes beyond my expectations. I mentioned to the young man that helped me that I love chi tea. Their version is so good. I can drink it without having to add more sugar or milk. I was already getting a jug of it, plus a cup of Ryan Palmer, and he gave me a free chi latte. It was heavenly! Like Christmas in a cup. Now I have to go back and get more. The owner is so sweet and she actually carried the jug for me to my car! I didn't ask and I didn't even have my kids with me. I've never seen that level of service...
