Tacos Goyo on Wheels — Restaurant in Longview

Absolutely terrible management - We had them scheduled for an event and they didn’t show up. A few weeks into booking, the manager just stopped responding after assuring me over and over they would be there. Couldn’t get in touch with him the morning of the event and I just knew he wasn’t going to show up. At one point he was trying to talk me out of using them because we could just get something catered. We were willing to pay whatever minimum, booking fee, etc. and it’s like he just didn’t want our business? A simple no would suffice, but ignoring paying customers and not showing up is just lack of decency. I don’t care to waste my breath on businesses like this, but just writing this in hopes that no one else has to experience this by trying to use them...

I absolutely LOVE their breakfast burritos!! The lady that makes the food is absolutely wonderful with her cooking!! And I have tried other taco trucks and even The tacos Goyo restaurant ( was delicious..) but they still don’t compare to the cooking at Tacos Toyo’s on wheels!! Plus.. The guy running the truck is beyond friendly, and the lady running the grill is spot on every time. They'll make anything for you, so I normally go with brisket, potato, egg, cheese, and bean breakfast burritos. Just don't show up on Saturday. Google says they're open, but it's always closed when...
