We visited around 4pm on a Saturday. The place is mostly empty. We go through the drive thru. We had one truck in front of us. It took 15 minutes just to get to the ordering speaker. We ordered 2 quarter pound double cheese burgers and 2 coka-colas. We waited another 10 minutes for someone to bring our order to the window. We paid and were given our food and two drinks. We pull out of the drive thru when we realise we were not given a receipt. So we start to pull around to park. I open a burger while the driver is parking. It is refrigerator cold. Both the meat and the cheese. Both burgers are that way. I went inside to talk with someone about it. After all you pay for a hot burger you want a hot burger. And you always should get a receipt. I explained the issues and a lady starts to go about fixing them. I look out of the door and here comes my sister. I open the door and she hands me a drink. I ask why, she said 'they are not even soft drinks, its tea. One is sweet and one is unsweet'. By this point I am getting upset. NOT ONE THING ON THE ENTIRE ORDER IS CORRECT! Tea isnt even in the same machine as soft drinks. And for it to me two different kinds of tea just makes it seem premeditated. Then the girl who helped us at the window says "why are you complaining, at least you got drinks'. What? Really? Corporate management needs to clean house and start over. Almost everyone in this store is giving me attitude because they couldnt get a simple order correct. Not even one item of the order. There was only one helpful person in this place. I wish I could have gotten her name. But it was a caucasian looking young lady with wavy hair. She stepped up and tried to get things fixed. Now I am not saying things were fixed. Because unfortunately they were not. I was given a bag with my order and two Coca-Colas. I assumed the order was fixed, afterall I had just waited another 10 minutes for it. Got in my car and started to pull away. As we merged into traffic we opened our remade order. It was room temp. Not refrigerator cold. But still not warm enough to even wilt the cheese. But this time I did get a receipt. I have given up on fixing this order. I just called the corporate number on the receipt. I explained what had went on. The customer service lady says a regional and a area manager will be calling me back about the issues. I guess we will see. But it really feels like Sonic doesnt give a care about this issue. I dont know if it is lack of customer service, lack of quality control or maybe just because my order of less than $10 isnt enough for them to care. But in my area I spend more than $45 twice a week at Sonic. And that adds up. I just might be taking my business elsewhere since obviously customers dont seem to matter. So in short DONT visit this store unless you like really long waits for...
Read moreI have made reviews about how poor the amount of food this location does by not filling the cartons partially with food and even half of what should be in there. Update: I have gone back a few times after this and this will be probably if not for sure my last time coming here. I love the aspect of the sand play area so the kids can unwind while they wait for their food but there is a limit to my patience. I have seen the playground so junked with litter in the sand that you couldn’t walk on the sand just trash, I have seen the bathroom have poop literally everywhere that it look like a child played in it and smeared it everywhere so went somewhere else to go, I have also seen people put their baby bare bottom on the table with no blanket/pad to change the baby’s diaper and got poopy on the table which I told an employee about it and they cleaned it right after the people left and then from then on I brought my own stuff to clean the tables but the last straw was today when I saw a mom let her child pee in the sand. I told the employees about the incident and they didn’t even ask who it was to do anything nor did they want to refund my order that I had just ordered. I would not recommend going to this place because there are people who go there and don’t care to be clean.

Read moreThis Sonic has gone down hill from when it first opened. I pulled on the parking lot at 6:00 on a Friday night trying to get the sonic experience. It was weird not seeing any cars on the parking lot. Now there were 3 cars in the drive through area. So I pull to the stall that’s facing the window, to where I can see inside the store. I see 7 employee cars on the lot. Nobody is on the playground area. I ordered a small lemon berry slush at 6:03. As I waited on my order, I only watched one car get their food in the drive thru. I never seen any carhops. I saw a manager through the window on her phone, apparently the same one who took my order. She goes in circles 3 times as I’m watching her and looking around the store and I just notice the vibe of this store is completely sunken. It feels like a graveyard. When I finally received my order at 6:32. 30 minutes later, the manager approaches my car and says “lemon berry slush, Thank you. Oh yeah,” and then held her hand or for the money. I only waited to see exactly how long it was going to take for my one little drink. Then it finally hit me after I took a sip of the slush, that the parking lot is EMPTY because the city of Longview is more than likely tired of the terrible service that this store offers.
