They have a pretty wide selection. The customer service is inconsistent. You either get good or none. Unfortunately it's like playing where is Waldo to find someone to help you sometimes. There's a blonde woman that works in the Lancome section and she's so oblivious to her sly insults. A Customer was asking about foundation, and she said very loudly "yes, this will cover up imperfections. Like that girl over there with all the bumps on her face" and then points out another customer who was shopping in another section. What. The. Hell. I was so embarrassed for the poor girl she pointed out because she was minding her own business and you could tell the customer she was helping was uncomfortable too. Also, there's no testers at this store.... But there's mirrors everywhere. So people just start using their fingers or actual product applicator to apply things. Unsanitary. Also, I returned a face cream because it stung my eyes. Told the employee I used the cream. Went back in 2 weeks later and the SAME EXACT container of cream was back on the shelf. I remembered because the container had this weird bubble under the label. Gross. To spare another customer, I took the item up and tossed it into the nearest trash because after telling an employee, they just went on their way like it was...

I went to Ulta looking for a particular lip stain and while I was looking , 2 people asked me if I worked there because they were having a hard time finding what they needed as well. I couldn’t find anyone to help me either so I went to the front to ask the cashier. She said there were multiple places that could be, but she directed me to one place to start to look so when the product wasn’t where she said it was, I went to the other side of the store where she indicated it might be as well. Since I didn’t know exactly where to look, I went to the counter in the back and I see at least three employees just standing there talking and I asked them about this particular product and they said it was gonna be in the “tools“ and an older employee was walking by and told me that she would take me to it. She did and the product was sold out, but my frustration is that It took me About 20 minutes looking for this product and no employees were helping anybody and when I do find some employees, they are younger, they weren’t as much help and the only assistance I got was from one employee who had just happened to hear me asking about it. My shopping experienced was horrible. When we first arrived we asked for help because it was our first time shopping for makeup. The lady we came into contact with first asked another lady to help us because she was on break however that lady wouldn’t help us for whatever reason so then they sent another woman to help us. I explained to the associate that I didn’t know a lot about makeup and that I was trying to find foundation, highlighter and the whole works. The lady did assisted us with that but she left after I picked the highlighter and foundation. She also told me I couldn’t do a test match in the store due to covid but yet it was an older white woman that was doing a test match inside the store who was a different race from us. The associates attitude towards us were as if they didn’t want to help us because of the color of our skin but it’s okay because I know I was going to spend about 200.00 or so but due to the associates attitude towards helping us I kept my money in my pocket and went somewhere else. I will never shop here again nor will I recommend anyone that’s African American to shop at...
