Five Below — Local services in Longview

I was visiting my cousin in Longview, Tx. My cousin had taken me to my very first 5 Below. There I’ve met a considerably nice lady. She showed great knowledge of the items in the store and their location. I sincerely want to commend Sarah, who was working on Monday, February 17th, around 1:45 PM. Please let her know that she is absolutely recommended for my 10 star kudos!!!

The service was horrible. The lady was rude to us while we were trying to find check out. We didn’t know it was all self check out and not even a choice of having someone check us out. Also, she kept yelling at us when asking us if we had cash or card to make sure we found right self check out. I answered first but she didn’t hear me and then got snippy with me. I don’t appreciate her attitude especially when we chose to shop there. We weren’t even greeted when we came in. Not the best...

I have been coming here because it’s our kids favorite store but every time we come they say the restroom is out of order. Over 6+ months and can’t get their restroom fixed? It’s not a problem to me but I have kids and we spend time in there and for some reason my girl who has trouble holding it in always has to use it in that store.
