I have been here twice so far (opening night and about a week or so later) and both times were amazing. There are a few things you need to expect however. ⢠Appetizers and things like rice will come out much quicker than the sushi rolls. There is an entire restaurant ordering unlimited sushi rolls, you need to be able to be a little patient, and if you have a question/concern, just ask your server instead of just sitting there getting angry. ā¢Keep track of the things you order. On opening night we ordered three of the same roll because we were not keeping track. It was delicious but way too much food. It's easy to get caught up in the buffet style for and order way too much. ā¢All the staff were super nice, I genuinely have no complaints there. ⢠My favorite roll they had was the sweetheart roll. I've tried almost every roll by now and it's still the one I will order first. ⢠Really if I had any complaints/suggestions they would be fairly minor things. The drink menu is pretty expensive, and the drink I got was so weak I didn't even feel anything (this is weird for me because I'm VERY sensitive to alcohol and a few sips of beer have me a bit tipsy). Also the music is a bit too loud and it made it hard for our server to hear what we ordered. Almost everyone at my table pretty much hated the music that was playing š. It was a bunch of covers of songs that were either slowed down or sped up and for a few of them it really bugged them and kinda ruined the atmosphere. These are all personal preferences that really only apply to my group of friends, so I'm not really gonna deduct any stars...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food is good and the atmosphere is nice but recently when I took my fiancĆ© here for Valentineās Day to have a special night out, we had an odd experience. We are both in college and simply just wanted to enjoy a nice meal which proves to be very pricey in this economy. The price wasnāt the problem however.
After we finished our meal we received the ticket and were prompted to leave a tip, being in college and working a part time job makes throwing money around not so easy so I rounded our $67 bill up to $70 as a tip to the waitress which although I realize is not a super generous tip, I still believed that some people donāt even tip at all.
When we left the restaurant we were chased out by our server who asked me āDid you mean to leave a $2 tip on the ticket? Iāve never had someone leave $2 on a $67 ticket before.ā And she was doing this while prompting me to take the pen from her hand and re write a tip for her because she didnāt believe it was good enough for her.
Although I understand that this is how a waitress/ waiter makes a living I was simply offering a ātipā and it was treated more like a requirement when the waitress wasnāt even providing the best service and it is now making me and my fiancĆ© uneasy about ever coming again.
I understand that she may have thought it wasnāt what she deserved but neither of us appreciate being chased out and having been attempted to be embarrassed by a waitress who wanted more...

That price does not include drinks. Their menu also said that any uneaten food (6 pieces and more) will be an extra charge (price varies if it's a special sushi roll or sashimi).
I am in love with their pineapple slush! So good! I visited here for the first time for dinner and wasn't sure what to expect since it said it was all-you-can-eat. I came with a friend and she enjoyed it, too, for the first time. The servers brought the food fresh and two at a time. The portions were not large, which enabled us to try other dishes. Each dish was tasty. I had ordered Shumai, Vegetable Tempura, Beef Fried Rice, Shrimp Yakitori (Japanese BBQ on skewers), and the Godzilla Roll. With the exception of the sushi, everything else came in small portions.
Only one critique: I wished the shells were removed from the Skewered Yakitori Shrimp. I hadn't expected to peel the shrimps which were already drenched in Japanese BBQ sauce. That was a messy moment. Other than that, we had a great dining experience. We definitely would visit Sushi...
