McDonald's — Restaurant in Longwood

This is hands the worst McDonald’s ever!! They had myself and 5 other cars in the drive thru line for over an hour ( I had one car in front of me and 4 cars behind me) . After waiting so long I decided I just wanted a refund so I approached the drive thru window and explained that they had us waiting an hour and the managers response was there was only 3 people in the back making food mind you I saw at least 6 employees total. I ordered 2 McDoubles, 3 small fry’s and a 4pc nugget. That does not take an hour to prepare, while standing at the drive thru window I personally observed workers going OUTSIDE TO SMOKE while they had our food and drinks just sitting out getting cold ( I counted 8 drinks siting at the window and 3 bags of food one which was mine) !!. I was told they didn’t have $12 to refund me in cash and she wanted to load it onto my card which is not how I paid, I paid cash. I then told the manager I either want the refund cash how I paid or the food if it was ready right that minute.She then mentioned well your food is ready right here and it was a bag that already had been sitting for more than 40mins. I took the food over the refund which was a mistake cause when I looked in the bag I was missing items. Very Very disappointed with the management and employees that work here after 10pm. Don’t waste your time at this location it isn’t worth the aggravation. 7/14/24 review- the night team here sucks period like you guys need to retrain everyone how the hell is this location even still open with the service they put out. HORRIBLE!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! Visited this McDonald's on a Tuesday, placed my order, which consisted of a big Mac and 2 medium fries with no salt at 2:42pm thru the drive thru. Granted I understand that the no salt in the fries would take a lil time to get, HOWEVER, I waited in parking spot #4 as instructed for OVER 20 MINUTES!!! Other vehicles pulled up after me in adjacent parking spots, their food was brought and left. I finally stopped a young lady that was bringing out someone else's food to inquire about my order that was placed over 20 minutes, she said she didn't know, I followed her in only to see my order being prepared at that time which was by now 3:07pm, when I asked what had happened I was told that someone FORGOT TO MAKE MY ORDER!!!!! I then asked for my receipt as it was never given to me and had to wait an additional 8 minutes for them to reprint it!!! So who received my food and receipt I have no clue but it wasn't me until I asked for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! And before I receive an auto generated response or a response from the owner, please know that there's nothing that you can do to placate me into remedying this situation. The reason I submit this review is so that other consumers can be made aware of the HORRIBLE service and maybe, just maybe have the owner take note to run a better establishment so the consumer does not suffer this neglect!!!!! Oh and btw those NO SALT fries I waited 30 minutes for HAD SALT, I GUESS IT'S A GOOD THING I'M ON HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS OR THAT COULD'VE BEEN A SERIOUS...

Worst service I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a LG fry then I tried to order 3 sausage and cheese muffins she kept trying to ring me up for the sausage egg and cheese muffins I told her no I just want the sausage and cheese one then another voice comes over the headset and says they don't come that way I asked her you don't have the sausage muffin anymore? She said no so I went to say ok nvmd let me get 3 hamburgers but before I could get it out she comes over the speaker and yells fine have a good night and starts to delete my whole order I said wait ma'am and she didn't say anything so I pulled around to the first window and the cashier opens the window and says yes so I asked her who was just arguing with me over the head set she said Oh that wasn't me so I asked her who it was she said her manager so I asked to speak to the manager she rolls her eyes and shuts the window about 3 mins later the manager (Emily) comes to the window so I tell her what happened and asked her if they still had the sausage and cheese muffin she said yes so im not sure why i couldnt order it but she says well I don't know what happened I asked her why she didn't have on a headset so she can be making sure her employees are treating the customers correctly she told me she couldn't hear out of one ear so she won't wear one now there are 3 employees standing in the window behind her all laughing and being rude needless to say I didn't place and order I thought with the newly remodeled store that it would be a better experience maybe I will try again in...
