Taco Bell — Restaurant in Longwood

My Husband and I went the other night to grab something to eat on our way home that was quick and easy… well we should’ve just kept driving… we went through the drive-thru and order a taco 12 pack 1/2 hard and 1/2 soft no lettuce just meat cheese and sour cream. The lady taking the order kept asking us to repeat it and seemed like she may have been new or training. My husband also order some grilled chicken burrito and she had no idea what he was talking about and he had to tell her where is was on the menu. We got to the window and two girls were at the register talking and she just gave us the total and took our card then closed the window and went back to talking. When she handed us our food my husband asked her for sauce and they both acted like we were inconveniencing them. (Literally every time we go to any Taco Bell they always conveniently forget to put sour cream even though they charge you extra so I double checked while we were pulling out) The tacos all had lettuce and no sour cream so my husband pulled into a parking spot and tried to walk inside but the doors were locked even though according to the hours in the door they should have still been open. He knocked on the door and no one even acknowledged him (mind you they possibly didn’t hear). He waited for the next car in the drive through to leave and walked near the drive-thru window and waved to get their attention. He explained that the order was wrong and if they could remake it or refund us and we would reorder. The two girls argued with him saying it wasn’t their fault because the girl that took the order “didn’t hear us.” Mind you she never repeated the order back to us and it doesn’t show up outside in the drive-thru. My husband went back and forth with them, and even explained how we repeated the order because the speaker is broken. Even the manager said they couldn’t remake the food because it wasn’t their fault she didn’t hear the order correctly… needless to say for a newer Taco Bell the service is very poor and we will not be going back. Both girls had an attitude the entire time. When we were leaving and the window closed they were all laughing inside… great...

If I could give negative stars I would. This one is next to my work. Its been a bit since it got built so figured I finally try them out on the way home. Parking lot pretty much non-existent. Doesn't look like there was much thought put into it when they were building this place. Drive thru is super short and wraps around parking lot so if you are trying to park and there isn't a place, it takes a while to get out - cars in the drive thru blocking the lane to get out. Took about 6+ mins to circle around and park at the warehouse down the street - giant truck was in the drive thru and I couldn't get out of the parking lot, and another truck with ladder blocking it. See picture with timestamp 12:06. Drive thru is super tight and fits about 6 cars. Walked in, took almost 6 mins to order with 1 person in front and 1 casher. ordered 12:11:55 see pic of the receipt. Didnt get my food handed to me till 12:27 (see pic of the dude handing it to me) Explain to me how this is fast food? No apologies, no offer of free drink for the wait. While I was waiting for food I was watching people picking up theirs - not a single order was complete correctly. They either forgot something or gave wrong item(s) about 6 orders. Assembly line for drive thru orders had 4 people and pickup inside 1 with what looked like a possible manager helping out here and there even though the place inside was packed and had more people than the drive thru waiting. Lady ordered food on the computer at the same time as me - a very large order and she got hers first, although they did hand it to her in 3 separate parts and she went back at least once because something was wrong/missing. Horrible service/NOT fast. I do not recommend. It would've literally been faster for me to drive down the street to the Taco Bell on 17/92 by Target, get my food...

Updated for 2023 I see nothing has changed with this location. I placed a mobile order for a build your own box. Arrived and was told they didn't have chalupas. I asked what my options where and got an extremely rude "look at the menu" and I asked again and said so do I just get anything else as a substitute, I'm confused. What are my options? She said the fryer was down and they couldn't make chalupas. I asked for her to just make it a cheesy fiesta gordita crunch instead and she rang up one. I said no, I placed a mobile order, just substitute it please and she said you can't do that. That turned into a back and forth on how my mobile order was useless and I needed to leave the drive through long, cancel it, order it again with an item they had available, go back through the drive thru line and try again. Instead of substituting the item for another item, which is an option on my box already. All while getting an extremely rude attitude from this lady. I don't know but this location is still in business.

2021 review When I order EVERYTHING without sour cream, it's because I can't eat sour cream. Thank you for putting it on every single item I ordered as if it was intentional. I appreciate waiting 17 minutes at the drive thru after placing a mobile order only to throw my entire order away when I got home because I took a bite out of my food and got a mouth full of sour cream. Checked the rest of my food and it was on all three items.
