Got home and the quarter pounder was all the way raw in the inside. My crispy buttermilk sandwich was horrible as well. The chicken pattie looked like a chicken nugget drenched in a ton of mayo. I called several times the manager answered after the 3rd time. We were told to come in and they would take care of us. Customer service is horrible We get there and wait to speak with the manager the cashier looked at us and didn't even ask if she could help us or give me a sec i will be rite with you. I explained to him how raw the quarter pounder was he says you have to ask for it to be well done. Ever since when you have to tell them how u want it done. If i wanted a raw burger i could of ate one rite out the freezer. So i decided to place a crispy tender meal and when i get home the tenders werent fresh at all. They taste like rubber. Also there was a white male with curly shoulder length hair who obviously works for this store who walked in without a uniform and grabbed a cup went and served him some tea in the work area. Read moreConvenient location. Glad it's in our area. However, there seems to be constant turnover at this location as well as managers with bad attitudes. Witnessed a manager yell at an employee who was doing a great job, and never saw that employee again. He likely quit, and not surprised with how he was treated in front of customers, with disrespect and contempt. There is always a long wait at this location. Whether your order is actually right is hit or miss. There is always a long wait at this location, longer than other Mcdonalds'. Recommend more training for managers to learn customers at registers come first, not drive tru. Also, computer ordering is not working. There needs to be someone at register ringing all the time, not purposely ignoring customers. Rude and irritable employees need coaching, possibly firing, especially night shift employees who are almost always in a foul mood. This is the worst McDonalds location. Store Manager needs replaced and is missing in action, as far as I can tell. Other Mcdonalds locations in area are much better. Read moreIt was the worst McDonald's ever been to . on my way home from work I stopped and use my coupon however it was at 1:20 they no longer serve sandwiches , I had to have a breakfast sandwich... I said that's what I have to do okay . after 13 minutes in line I get my bag, put it in the car , pull around the building to ck it, they gave me the wrong order the lady on the speaker was not making any sense so everybody was pulling around to the first window , when I pulled up beside the cars the manager in the second drive-thru window told me I have to pull around and get back in line. After that when I pulled up to the window she took the items from my hand and slamed them into the trash behind the window and handed me my bag of food , with a very harsh look on her face, like it was my fault it all happened I was polite to her the first time the second time I didn't say anything I just gave her a strange look and went on my way.
