Wendy's — Restaurant in Los Alamitos

The Los Alamitos Wendy's is great for at least 4 reasons.

#1 is the manager Jorge, who is the BEST fast food manager ever.

I've gone to lots of fast food places of different company's, but Jorge is really good at his job and knows how to keep everything running smoothly.

He will roll up his sleeves and jump in where needed, at the drive-thru or front counter.

#2 A secret about this location is that Seniors get a free drink, if you ask for it. And if you eat inside, you can get free refills from the soda fountain.

#3 Wendy's $2.59 chicken sandwich is better tasting than McDonald's and you can add tomato slices for free. You can't do that at McDonalds.

#4 Wendy's has great deals every day on the app. Some examples are any size drink with $1 purchase, free junior bacon cheeseburger or small cup of Chili with $1 purchase and many more offers.

If you drop by and order on the mobile app, then say hi to Jorge and if he gets to know you, you'll get your order even quicker by him.

Customer service was great and I was impressed with their chicken tenders this time around. Everything was how I requested it. Normally when I go to Wendy's, I go to this location because the others in Orange County have too much of a ruckus and they tend to forget bits and pieces of my orders. The employees here are always great and welcoming. They even sometimes walk to you with your food if it's not busy. Can't wait for my next lunch date here. 😊

Was just here again about a week ago: Still great service. The lady with the blue hair is amazing and very welcoming. It's always nice when she's around. The food is great too. The place is remodeled. Has a tv inside, lots of booths and tables, very clean, ordering screens, but we still prefer ordering our food the old fashion way especially when they have great customer service. The woman with the blue hair always brighten our days when we're there....

We went through the drive-thru on the way back from a weekend trip. The order-taker was very patient and repeated my order back to me. We went to the window promptly paid and our food came back from the other side. Luckily we only were a block away when we pulled over to eat. One of my Burgers was only a single when I ordered a double. We returned to the restaurant and I spoke to the manager. She apologized made me a fresh double with cheese specialized as I asked for it and added a complementary fry to the bag. She also asked if I wanted another drink or a Frosty to which I declined but was very appreciative. Food was great the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the mistake on the order.
