Highly recommend. On Saturday mornings Angel City Bakery hosts the Fuentes family who have been making and selling chicharrones locally for over 30 years. Their chicharrones are absolutely f*cking delicious. Make sure to get there early (they start at 6AM) because there’s always a line out the door and so they sell until they’re out (which can be as early as 10am). Exceptional Salvadoran Tostaditos sweet bread. Great but relatively somewhat expensive chicharron. All kinds of Salvadoran products and even fruits and herbs.

Sometimes there’s a line to get in and we found out it’s for the Salvadoran style chicharron. The chicharron here actually has some meat on it so it makes it more expensive. It’s really good though. Currently one pound of chicharron is about $18.
