This is my first time leaving a review for any business, and Angeles is beyond worthy of my very first. Grace was incredibly kind, communicative, and hospitable in creating a lovely last-minute balloon design for a recent birthday surprise. Working directly with Grace to create a plan for a special balloon design was a breeze. She allowed for full customization and had a lot of creative knowledge and advice to contribute. Along with text alerts and call updates, she sent me several photos before, during, and after delivering the balloon bouquet so that I was fully in the loop with the entire process. Angeles did a wonderful job, especially Grace! She was super responsive and worked with me every step of the way in designing a custom balloon order for my sister’s PhD graduation. AND it turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, some of the balloons popped during the delivery, due to strong winds. But even without my asking, Grace immediately went ahead and prepared the order again... She even delivered it herself in order to get it to the house in time and ensure that nothing else would go wrong! I ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday from from Angeles flower & balloon. It was a beautiful rose gold themed bouquet with confetti balloons. They were so cute! And they threw in a little message card too! Exactly how I pictured them, and my friend loved them! Ordering them was so easy and smooth.
