I've called several times since I live locally for number of services but mostly for tire balance or mounting new tires. Each and every time they are so rude on the phone it makes me not wanna go even if serviced for free. They charge $25 for balance on a single wheel!! Seriously?? Call around, it never goes above 10-15 bucks at the most. And how conveniently they ask you what car you drive so they adjust their prices accordingly to make an extra buck for high end vehicles. Really?? Whoever left a review for "friendly" or "affordable" is crazy. Don't believe me? - Call them now. Talk and compare prices with others A personal message to them - I didn't steal your candy or ate your dessert. Don't act like I did over the phone.

I had a screw in my tire. These guys gave me an appointment for 10 am the next day, they said it would take about 15 minutes and boy, they weren't lying. No trying to upsell me or convince me my tire can't be fixed and needs to be replaced. Just checked it out for me made sure there wasn't anything I missed. And they filled my other tires for me. I got "lucky" it was just a screw and was easily and quickly fixed. But when I do need a tire or rim replacement, these guys have my business. It's one of those things, you hope you don't need to go back to a place like this, but since it's inevitable, it puts my mind at ease knowing there's a business I can go to and be confident I'm not going to be taken for a ride. Called the night before for a quote on getting a tire patched or buying a used one as a replacement. Was told $15-20 for a patch and $45-65 for a used tire. Came in the next morning and they literally patched my tire, took off my doughnut and replaced it with my newly patched tire. Mind you, they did all this before I could finish cleaning out my trunk (less than 10 mins). Total cost was $15. I tipped $5. Amazing, friendly, fast and straightforward no nonsense service... that's exactly what anyone with car trouble wants. I'm an Uber and Postmates driver and therefore must face-off with minor car trouble frequently (flat tires/brakes/etc).. this place will now be my go-to spot for addressing those issues....
