Sachi means happiness in Japanese, and happiness is what I felt when I first visited Sachi.LA. It's not the type of happiness that puts a huge smile on my face, but it stirs a little joyful ripple in my heart. I like the lushly green plants, the modest and comforting space, the record store co-located next door, and especially the understated backyard patio, whose neat and lively decor and tranquilness made it a perfect spot to sip the excellent morning flat white that I got.

They also have a tasty selection of croissants and other pastries as well as a small boutique where you can be cute gifts like mini succulents, cards or candles. If you like your coffeeshop with plenty of greens, this is the place. There are plants everywhere and the environment is a nice and quiet working space. There's limited metered street parking...
