This is not the BARONE'S PIZZERIA but a branch that is closer to our new home. So to try it out, I ordered a couple of pies to take home. Their thin crust pizzas came out of the oven, at the time ordered, and were as good as the pizzas prepared at the main restaurant. Barone's Pizzeria creates a thin crisp crust rectangular pie. It is ladleled with a rich marinara sauce; then toppings are added. First, Monterey Jack cheese slices are layered to cover the sauce, then fresh veggies, and the protein of your choice are added. The resulting baked pie is uniquely delicious. I've enjoyed it for years. Our second pizza was made with vegan cheese. I devoured the personal sized pie. Besides producing a remarkable duplicate of the original pizza, the Branch Pizzeria has a beautiful, romantic patio. STUFF: The bathroom is inside, at the rear of the restaurant. A hand washing sink is outside the bathroom. Dogs may accompany their owners on the patio. Parking is free and easy. The lot is located east of the eatery. There are ADA spaces.

I thought this place was great. It has a cozy local establishment type atmosphere. Not pretentious, just good pizza with ESPN playing on a couple of screens. Service was ok. Parking was a breeze compared to other locations on Ventura Blvd. I wouldn’t drive an hour across town, but if I lived in the neighborhood I could see this place being one of my hangouts.

No longer Barones taste or salad dressing or cheese or crust or anything. Going to the valley location to make sure they didn’t mess that up also. Sad, disappointing and never coming here again. We are here when it opened and it was fine. Also Thousand Oaks. Never again. THIS IS NOT BARONES ANYMORE. JUST SOME CHEAP GROSS SOGGY CRAP KNOCK OFF.

I had a bad experience at this "establishment", I do not recommend to anyone. Coming from the old country, I can tell you that this restaurant would not last in Italy with such horrible customer service. I was in disbelief to experience such form of unprofessionalism and disrespect. Walking in to the building automatically gave bad vibes, smelled like a casino from the 80's with cigarette and mold in the carpet.

Apart from having a reservation made days ago, it took us 20 min to be seated with the addition of having to ask 3 different hosts, one of which couldn't even spell "Chanel", while on the phone with a customer trying to book a reservation; then seating us only to tell us to move because the table they sat us at was reserved.

Why seat us at a table that was reserved, why didn't they have a table reserved for us, when we made reservations multiple days prior? There were plenty of tables with obvious bad service by this point. We decided to leave and go to a real restaurant.

Looking through the reviews on this place, using multiple plat forms; I have seen a pattern where either the owner or management, clearly have zero respect and professionalism. They obviously do not care about having better quality customers and or bringing in more business. And replies to some reviews out of anger rather than a positive solution.

All I saw as we all walked out, were a bunch of drunks who never made it in life and they ended up at this below standard restaurant. Which says a great deal about the type of...

I just tried to order delivery from barones. The girl who answered tripped on me because I ordered an extra large pizza. She said they do not have extra-large. I looked on their website to see if I was mistaken and I confirmed every pizza comes in extra-large size. In an attempt to figure out if their large was an extra large and the website was just mislabeled, I then asked her "what's the price for your large pizza? "she replied, "$19.00". I then said "your extra large is $22.99 on your website". It didn't make a difference with her, she just sat on the phone silently. I told her they need to change the website menu. As I continued with my order she asked me for my address in which I gave it to her. There was a long pause ........when she came back on the phone she asked "are you sure you live in Woodland Hills?" As comedic and a "tad" insulting as that was, I bit my tongue and replied, "yes, I've lived here for 42 years". I continued again with my delivery order and when I told her I wanted to pay with a credit card, she said "oh you can't pay with your card because we need A $20 minimum order". I asked her how much my order was and her response was "$19.99". I responded with "are you f@(k!ng kidding me?", she said "no" ...........so I hung up. I want to say a lot of things about this place lol(and the girl working there), but this is a public domain, being Google, and I will refrain. What a frickin joke...

Way overdue review that I was reminded of after visiting their Westlake restaurant for the first time a couple weeks ago.

So, here it goes....I CAN'T EAT THEIR PIZZA AS MUCH AS I WANT TO BECAUSE I'D NEVER EAT ANYTHING ELSE. I'm kidding (but not really). Seriously, it's not a pizza flavor or crust that can be duplicated, and I can't really describe why. What I can say is that you taste quality in every single bite. The pepperoni must be imported or something, but it's the best pepperoni I've had and they won't tell me where they get it. It isn't spicy, which is a bonus for my daughter who's 6. The Woodland Hills location is kind of small, but for some reason it doesn't feel like it. It just adds to the charm. The negative reviews that talk about how the pizza "looks" are idiotic and I feel bad for their parents for the wasted DNA. The cheese is baked OVER the toppings which actually holds it all together. No more grease stains on my slacks from toppings falling off the pizza....Uhhh, Brilliant? That, along with their rectangular shape is part of their "Barone's Signature". Thanks for being consistently consistent. I'll be seeing y'all for a few of those Dodger Games this season. Peace, Love, and...
