Bro's Tacos — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I was in San Fernando for some halloween festivities at Forneris Farms, and got a little hungry. Not knowing the area at all, I looked for something close and luckily found Bro's Tacos. I ordered the cheese birra and chicken tacos, and they were delicious; by far the best tacos I've had in a long time. The cheese birra had a substantial amount of cheese that was melty and the birra was flavored perfectly and juicy. The chicken taco (white meat) had amazingly seasoned chicken topped with a scoop of guacamole and diced onions. I added their salsa roja to both tacos for a little heat; a good amount of spice. I already want to go back and wish they had a location closer to my home....

It was....ok. It wasn't bad or anything. It just was not much better than average. Small tacos, a bit too expensive for their size. Everything is more these days expensive but a few dollars less would have felt more inline with the quality. Small interior but decent, covered seating outdoors. Service was good. Friendly enough. It's probably a 3.5 but given the option of leveling up or down I have to look at the, what I consider, quite inflated rating for this place, I choose down. You won't hate it but if you know how good tacos can be in SoCal you shouldn't be...

Terrible customer service.. I placed an order online for 4 tacos which came up to $20.00 drove on lunch break 15 mins.. As i picked up the order I said this bag is light for 4 tacos are you sure its all there and he rudely stated im sure.. I drive back to work and open bag im missing tacos.. I drive back and ask for my money back and was told I cant do that.. I walked out.. No worries they will never get my business ever again and I will be sure to spread the word of this terrible...
