Burger King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Can late during a weeknight before they closed the dining room. The dining room was clean. One light was not working in the restroom causing it to be darker.

Ordered my food through the app. Food was made fresh and tasted hot.

Came here after attempting to wait in the long drive-thru line at McDonald's across the street. Didn't have the patience to wait online.

Drive-thru at this Burger King didn't seem to have a line and there was no line inside. Food was prepared quick and I didn't have to wait long.

The food is what you'd come to expect from Burger King. I'd recommend over waiting at McDonald's for what amounts to the same...

1. Food: I ordered a whopper burger with cheese, a small box of fries, and a water bottle. The burger had WAY too much sauce, making it really messy and difficult to eat. The meal tasted just okay thought overall.
2. Service: The cashier was friendly and helpful, paid attention to my requests, and made good suggestions. I also got my food very quickly, but everything was just thrown inside haphazardly.
3. Atmosphere: A lot of weird suspicious people were there. It made me feel uncomfortable, so I left immediately after...

This rating is for the AMAZING Manager who took care of what the "BKApp" could not. Two orders placed minutes apart for the same items, different names, same payment card. One item was ready. The other item never materialized at the store, but the card was charged for both orders. Made a third order, in-store, through the "BKApp," with the same results, card charged, no order materializes. Customer Service is bot/AI driven. Live female Manager on site at 7 pm took care of the matter...
