I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and had a great experience from start to finish. Juffer made my shake, and it was absolutely top tier—creamy, rich, and perfectly blended. Beyond that, the atmosphere stood out because of the staff. Every worker I interacted with was not only friendly, but also lively and genuinely seemed to care about the customers. It made the visit feel more personal and welcoming, which is rare for a fast-food stop. Always have issues with this carls Jr. Food is adequate but service is just terrible. The manager pretends not to see you when you are clearly asking for help and he is always annoyed anytime you ask for anything even just for your order. The cashier was nice and tried her best. Seemed her manager was not much help. Wasn’t apologizing at all when they didn’t have chicken strips and like I was inconveniencing him for even ordering that. Didn’t ask how to make it right just went ahead and gave chicken stars which my child hates...

I’ve been going to this Carls Jr for a while now and should have left a review long before this. The staff are beyond nice and helpful, especially Carol and Monica. The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff will never make you feel bad for making a lot of changes and edits to items. This Carl’s Jr is one of the few fast food locations I have been to recently where all of the staff genuinely seem to care and out in effort.
