If I could give negative stars I would. This is thee single worst Carl's Jr in the San Fernando Valley. The employees are rude as all get out. Especially in the morning. My husband went to get us breakfast. They open at 6am. At 6:05 the door was still locked. They were letting employees in and just sat and looked at my husband as he stood there. The employees were all behind the counter laughing and talking but couldn't let a customer in? That's one experience. Another time I went to get food. I ordered and asked for the code to the bathroom and was told flat out I wasn't allowed to use it. I was shocked. I literally turned around, canceled my order and walked out. They are losing good customers based on horrible customer service. Don't stand around and gab when it's time to work. Vicky the manager evidently isn't fit to work at this establishment. She is rude and partakes in their conversations while customers wait and when told about it just gave a blank look and...
Read moreMy experience was absolutely horrible, according to the manger an employee by the name of Sammantha and the manger HERSELF were completely rude, I don’t recall the mangers name but she had reddish/orange tacky hair. The employee was extremely rude and not helpful at all, from the jump she had a problem with me and a horrible attitude. I was picking up a doordash order I placed myself and ask for some sauce packets on the side and she had told me they were in the bag when they were in fact not in the bag. Her attitude was extremely bad it made me feel so uncomfortable I asked to get Helped by someone else and waited about 15 minutes for someone that the manger finally came out and thought the situation was funny and laughed in my face and did not try what so ever to de-escalate the situation or help me out in any way. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect especially if a customer is paying for what...
Read moreI arrived about 4pm today, and both the cashier, and the manager yelled at me, and made fun of me for my disability. When I requested something advertised, I was told they didn’t have time honored the add if they don’t want to. When I tried to explain refusing to honor something advertised is illegal, the manager advised me to call 911 to report her. The manager sincerely believed I should call 911, and lacked the intelligence ti understand how 911 is for emergencies only, and wasn’t able to understand that’s not how you report this type of crime. She also thought it was hilarious to make fun of me for my disability, along with the cashier. The manager is supposed to help represent Carl’s Jr., and they chose to hire a manager who makes fun of disabled people along with...
