Location: Obama and La Cienega Blvds. Posted hours of operation are 6am to 12am., Monday through Saturday. On Saturday, 8/10/2024 at approx. 7:15am I attempted access to this locked location. The young man on duty refused me access after my several attempts knocking on the locked door. The young man visibly seeing me continued to ignore my many requests. This restaurant has drive thru and it was open as posted and operating as designed . Seeing the opportunity when he was delivering an order from the delivery window and from a safe distance, verbally this time, make my same request to unlock the door. His angry reply to me was: "who are you hollering at?" My response: "I'm calling the owner to report your unacceptable service". The owner is CKE Restaurants Holdings. After my daily 5 mile walk and on my walk home I stop at this location and place an order. Up to this date I had received exceptional service, most specifically from their employee, Maricela. I will report to CKE the service received from their employee on this date as unacceptable. Every word stated here can be supported by surveillance cameras surrounding this location.
I have to add I'm a retired black woman, 75 years old. I do not pose a threat to anyone nor do I appear to be a threat to anyone.

I feel like I was discriminated against by the drive thru guy who lied and said he was the general manager. He then lied and said the other drive thru person (female) Maya was the manager. She came over asked what was wrong I asked her if she was the manager she said no shook her head and closed the window. I am very disappointment. He told me to get my food and go. He repeatedly refused to provide me with what I asked for the manger or General manager. Then he finally gave the manager's name and it wasn't what was on the plaque inside the restaurant.
