Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My direct experience with the lack of upkeep in the bathrooms at this Taco Bell completely contradict the statements about 'caring" so much about their team's safety and their customers safety. The first bathroom that I was let into had urine all over the toilet seat!, And no toilet covers nor paper towels to dry your hands let alone soap in the soap container! I then asked to be let into another bathroom because of the unsafe covid conditions of that bathroom, only to find toilet paper not mounted in the toilet paper holder so you had to actually handle the whole roll in order to get toilet paper, but the kicker was that there was again, NO SOAP in the soap dispenser!! I placed an order on the app on Monday, everything was delicious but the cinnamon twist was off that day. I left feedback on the app and on Wednesday, Maria(I believe either store manager or manager on duty) called me in regards to the app review. I was really surprised, never had an actual location reach out after leaving app feedback, most companies just send a generic email. Not a dine in location. Everything was sticky and trash still on some tables. I know there was a kiosks but we went up to the front and got absolutely no help. The employees just starred at us and didn't offered any help. There was no "I'll help you in a minute" or "Please use a kiosks." So we order on the kiosks and found the only table clean enough to eat at and then the employees said something about us dining in and locked the doors. We went to eat at 7pm knowing most place around close the dining in at 9pm. Overall, this Taco Bell should have a sign outside saying only drive thru orders because the dining in experience...
