Disappointing and Misleading Experience
I was really excited to visit this cat café, hoping to potentially adopt a cat and give them a loving home. However, the experience was incredibly disappointing, and it became clear that this place has no genuine intention of letting their cats be adopted. First of all, there's no phone number provided to contact the adoption agency responsible for the cats, and their website is poorly designed and full of bugs, making it nearly impossible to get any clear information.
Emails to the adoption agency and café go unanswered, and when I spoke to the staff (who seem to be volunteers with little knowledge of the website or adoption process), it was clear they were not interested in helping. The conditions the cats were kept in were unacceptable—during my visit, there was pee and poo on the floor, and several cats looked visibly stressed, with some even peeing on their own beds. It’s heartbreaking to see these cats living in conditions that are far from ideal when they could be in loving homes.
Even more frustrating, when I tried to adopt a couple of cats, I was told it wasn’t possible because I already had a cat, and they directed me to another shelter instead. This makes it very clear that they are more interested in keeping the cats there for business gain rather than genuinely helping them find homes. To top it off, I was told one of the cats had already been adopted, yet when I visited again a month later, the same cat was still there.
It’s upsetting and disheartening to see a place that could do so much good but instead seems to be more focused on keeping cats around as part of the café’s business model. If you're serious about adopting a cat, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This place does not seem to have the cats' best...

Now, let's talk about the cats! They were absolutely adorable and friendly. It was so heartwarming to see them lounging around, playing with toys, and interacting with visitors. The staff did a fantastic job of ensuring the cats' well-being and making sure they were comfortable and happy.
The service at the cat cafe was top-notch. The staff members were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the cats. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had.
One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the cafe. Despite having several cats roaming around, the place was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that the staff put a lot of effort into keeping the environment hygienic and comfortable for both the cats and visitors.
Another highlight of my visit was the variety of beverages available at the cafe. I enjoyed sipping on a cup of aromatic chai tea while petting the cats and soaking in the relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, my time at the cat cafe was an unforgettable experience. If you're a cat lover like me, I highly recommend visiting this place. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the company of adorable cats, support a great cause, and have a purrfectly relaxing time. Trust me, you won't be...

My 17 year old son had been asking to go here for quite some time. I finally surprised him and my 11 year old with a 90 minute reservation to the CatCafe Lounge. They were very excited and looking forward to their "cat date" as they called it. The $25 per person for 90 minutes was definately reasonable and worth it. We got to see many different cats. Black cats, tuxedo cats, orange and white cats, tigerish cats, and a beautiful white cat with blue eyes (her name was "Blue" of course). There was young cats and older cats. They were all pretty content but as we know cats will definitely let you know if they need some space so you have to be mindful and respectful of there space. The 90 minutes when by very quickly, which told me my boys and I enjoyed ourselves. They have many cat toys for you to play with the cats. Also complimentary tea and coffee. They also have a few snacks and treats for you to buy and enjoy while you have you 90 minute cat date. We.played with a few of the cats, and of course a lot of them were cat napping. We left feeling great we got our cat fix and help some adorable cats with socialization to hopefully be adopted. Definitely...
