Disappointed. I’m not a regular and I had not had a salad at Chipotle, I had only had burritos in the past. I asked about salad dressings and the young man helping me said they just have a vinaigrette. I asked to try the dressing and he had to go ask his manager about this “new concept” of giving me a sample. But before he did that I asked him to put on new gloves since I had just watched him make change for a lady (handing her cash back) and not change his gloves. They were also out of the vegetable option that is on the menu as one of the fillings for bowls, salads and burritos. I wanted a salad and after telling me no sample to try of the one salad dressing that they have I told them not to bother, and I left with the same money I arrived with, ready to hand over for a Chipotle Salad or other meal. I would not had been surprised if it was middle of a lunch or dinner rush, but this was 4:20 in the afternoon and they were out of veggies for the day! I’m not feeling any love from Chipotle and do not...
Read moreI’m a loyal customer to this location. I live down the street. I recently had bariatric surgery, so my usual order is a kids meal, and the staff generally know me because I come in often. I order the same thing every time: black beans, carnitas, and guacamole. I’ve never had an issue before with my order. That said, I’ve never been charged for guacamole as one of my 3 sides, ever. It is one of the 3 options included in the meal. Even if you order it for pickup online, you can order it this way. I’ve been coming here for 6 months straight. I was charged extra for guacamole, so I respectfully asked them to remove it as I’ve never been charged before. The staff was extremely rude to me and talked down to me as if I was stupid. The cashier laughed and said, “Well, that’s not our problem, it costs extra.” I won’t be returning here again. Just wanted to let people know it was a bad...
Read moreUsed to love going here for something quick and healthy. The atmosphere feels like a run-down place. Their drink machines are either out of order or empty frequently hours before closing, not 30 minutes before closing.
The last couple of times, I've gone there between 7-8pm they've been out of things like fajitas or chicken and other popular items, which seems bizarre.
The young people who work there seem miserable, like they are forced to work there. Really low energy and portions feel smaller.
I wouldn't be surprised if Chiptle goes out of business. It seems like corporate has no idea what's going on at the ground level.
The last time we went, they didn't even have any forks, and my partner was given a spoon to eat his salad. This is clearly due to very...
