I came in with my girlfriend last Saturday, looking for some cat food and the two ladies on shift that day didn’t even acknowledge us. They just stayed sitting behind the counter talking. With my background of working in sales and in a service based industry, I understand the importance of great customer service. Engaging with the customers is how you build long term relationships. On the flip side, completely ignoring customers that come in is the fastest way to not have people returning to spend money. So in conclusion I will say this, I loved the place, the products and will possibly make one more attempt to spend my hard earned money there but if the staff doesn’t get better at their customer service I won’t ever come back again.
