Cypress Best Burger is the go-to greasy burger joint for when one needs some traditional American comfort food fast. While I try to eat mostly vegetarian these days, I feel that a Cypress Best bacon cheeseburger with avocado combo at least once a month is very important part of a healthy diet. I've been going there for 5 years, and while other places seem to get worse as time goes by, the burger that I ate at Cypress Best two days ago tasted like the best burger ever. More fresh and higher quality ingredients, cooked more perfectly than ever before. I wanted to eat half, but was compelled to devour the entire combo without even saving a scrap for my famous dog Zzyzx The Wuppy. The staff is very friendly and helpful but everything is quite expensive and the hamburgers are not as big and tasty as they once were. They only give you half of the burger instead of the whole thing. The plate of eggs with bacon and French toast that they used to serve you full is now served half emty. The superb pina colada that they used to make approximately 31 years ago was discontinued on the pretext that the pineapple was clogging the machines. All restaurants want to cook their meals in the cheapest and easiest way possible without even bothering to worry about sacrificing the flavor and quality of the food. Love Cypress best. I have been coming here since a young lad, but today, we ordered a bacon avocado burger and a cheeseburger, and they put the avocado in the cheeseburger and avocado in bacon avocado burger. No biggie since all we did was switch buns, but as I reached in, I got the 2nd to last chili pepper, I saw that it was bitten! I would like to think it ripped apart, but it legit looks bitten😭😭🤮 I'm sure it wasn't the staff, or at least I hope they didn't put in there so other customers won't get it out the container but the fact that it was in there like this is crazy!
