Costumer service here is horrible! Not one employee is friendly! Very hostile! I came in yesterday evening with my 3 kids, my toddler forgot her mask but my 3 kids proceeded to sit down & were no where near 6ft close to any other person, I believe the manager for the evening shift was the one who asked "She doesn't have a mask" & I said "She forgot it" & she rudely responded "Well she's going to need one" so I asked "You don't provide courtesy masks to your costumers" & she rudely responds "No" talking to me as if I was a child. It's odd that she'd make a big deal over a 4 year old not having a mask when their hand sanitizer stations weren't even filled. After she has a very abrupt & bad attitude with me & in front of my kids, she has the audacity to pick up her phone & answer a call while she has a plate in her hand ready to serve another costumer. I saw how the other costumers were unhappy & eager to get out. After I paid & received my fountain drinks from Stephanie L & she didn't offer no straws, I went back to the register to ask her for straws but she seemed too busy to acknowledge I was standing right in front of her, so I pulled 2 straws from the box so she can tell me in front of the whole restaurant, "Next time just ask" how about next time you ask the paying costumer ordering multiple fountain drinks if they'd like straws! Read moreThis is consistently the worst Panda Express, unfortunately it is also the one that is nearest to my house. Although they don't seem to have too many customers at a given time they are always out of items so they make the customers wait until the chef prepares the item. Today I waited 5 minutes for bourbon chicken but by the time that was ready they were out of broccoli beef. I could have allowed the server to start to prepare my plate less the bourbon chicken until it was ready but then the other items would cool down as I waited for the bourbon chicken. The server didn't seem to care at all and had an expression of complete indifference on her face. I walked out without eating since a restaurant that is consistently as poorly mismanaged as this one is doesn't deserve my business. This was not an isolated experience, every time that I have come to this location has been a bad experience, this is the second time that I walked out of the restaurant without eating. This Panda Express needs a new manager who knows what they are doing and who actually cares about their customers. I'll drive to another location further away next time I'm craving...
Read moreNO OPTIONS FOR VEGETARIANS/VEGANS!! Any REAL Chinese restaurant has tons of meatless choices, but not this place! They had at least a couple of options in the past, (mixed veggies, eggplant tofu) but they're not available any more! Supposedly, there's a "supergreens" entree, but that was just a sign next to a clean, empty container. It hadn't even been cooked for the day! Why do I need to wait for my food because you failed to do your job and have that prepared?? Basically, the only things without meat were fried rice, chow mein, and egg rolls. That's like a burger joint saying they have vegetarian food because there's French fries! This is clear evidence that this company has zero interest in the fast growing vegetarian/vegan/meatless population! Or if a vegetarian wanted to eat here every day, there's only one choice? When I asked what other choices they had for vegetarians, the manager gave me an apathetic blank stare for a moment, then proceeded to help the next person in line. I'll never go there...
