Junior Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Pretty good and simple pizza place with some delicious inexpensive food 👍be sure to specify what you want on your pizza they have toppings such as CHORIZO.. and have a tendency to be rude about what their all meat pizza is. They charged me $37 for 2 medium pizzas 1 veggie and 1 "meat" and got upset when I asked what meats they have. My veggie pizza was undercooked and basically had raw onions and peppers on it and my meat pizza had tons of undercooked chorizo on it even after I asked for it not to be added to my pizza. When I told them my order was not what I asked for they refused to give me a refund or correct my order. I did not want to fight and after 20 minutes of 'negotiating' had to leave with my chorizo filled pizza and a undercooked veggie pizza.

Our family ordered from jr's pizza today, one of many orders from over the years. Lady who took the order on the phone seemed bothered and annoyed that we were calling. We called back to add more items to our order and she hung up on us mid phone call and we didn't get to add all the items we wanted. I knew we should have just cancelled the order because when my teenage nephew went inside to pay for the order he said that she was completely RUDE to him. This interaction with the female employee made him upset and sad that he didn't want to eat anymore. The 3 of the pizzas we order weren't completely cut and one of the pizza was HARD AS A ROCK like it was sitting for hours. What a disappointing experience, it was just a waste of our time and money. I hope to get my refund for the LARGE ROCK PIZZA...

Ordered 2 large pizzas from this restaurant last night and woke up today with immense stomach pain and nausea. Same symptoms for my 3 roommates. I then called the restaurant and asked to see if a manager was available and this older man said that there was no managers present and he couldn’t help me. I didn’t even state the reason why I was calling, all I asked for was a manager and the man instantly shut me down. So I called a second time explaining to him that I’ve been food poisoned by their pizza and then he hung up. What kind of business is this if you can’t receive feedback and assess the problem for the customer calling? I’ll definitely be contacting safety inspectors. 0/10.
