Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have visit yum yum donuts on March 26th night time. The person in charge of that shift did not want to provide her name after being rude and unprofessional she said she didnt like to provide her name. Working with customers anywhere all the employees are to provide thier names so us the customers know who is attending us. We pay for what we consume is not like she is paying for it or we are asking for the stuff for free. We ask her for honey and did not bother to say wait, or I'll give it to you right now, she just kept asking if anything else trying to rush us. When we ask her for the type of teas she had all she did was to point at the teas instead of telling us. I dont understand why she is still working at yum yum donuts if there is multiple complaints of how rude she is and sarcastic. The customers that walked in after us, she continued making smart remarks she was telling the other customers that where walking in "but your not going to get upset too" "or do you want me to do pad you on the head so your dont get upset too". Coffee was basically hot color water, donut was ok but definitely not the best. And the young lady cleaning that day had a attitude because I said she should clean that NASTY FRONT DOOR , she was all on her knees almost🙄, cleaning the baseboards who gives a care about already cleaned walls 😳!? When the FRONT DOOR is loaded with GERMS🦠 from customers going in and out from all walks of life who knows where their fingers🦠 BEEN 🤢🤮😱🤔!! We as customers have to use those same handles and touch that grimy door full of gross bacteria, germs finger prints when we come in to buy our food, to get our food, eat our food, and make our coffee ALL in which is Called CROSS🦠🦠🦠 CONTAMINATION🤢🤮🤧😵🫨!! You never know what is on those front door handles, and the glass doors looked disgusting!!!!!!!! So I was just giving her some wise as well as common sense advice but she responded in a dumb-dumb😶🥴 Rude Way 🤨!! She must be the one ALL the BAD Reviews are On !! In the future I will remember my bad experience and try and stay clear of this Yum- Yums because you ain't all that I've had much better!! I normally love Yum-Yums but of course not this one...

Staff was very rude and terribly unprofessional. Hispanic customers were also just as rude issuing racist remarks to a bi lingual African American college student in Spanish. All together the experience was so bad I did not even want to eat my food. Customers were so assumptions that I didn't speak Spanish that they continued to be disrespectful. Staff also called an also African American security guard who seemed to be the best mannered of them all for charging my phone in order to pay for the food at the establishment. I thought racism was over in this millennium but it appears there is ignorance in every race. I will not be a patron at another Yum Yum donuts because of this.
