Del Taco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Although I love Del tacos food, and have loved it for years, I have to finally write a review about this particular location… because it’s horrible! The worst staff, the worst management, the worst employees! I have been to this particular location more times than I would care to admit. And at least 1/3 of the time my order is wrong. Either something is missing, or sometimes I even get someone else’s order completely. Today I went through the drive-through, I was the only person in the drive-through by the way… they still got my order wrong. Give me a much smaller order than what I had originally requested, which clearly belong to someone else. When I called back to let them know, I got placed on hold for about 15 minutes(The manager never came on the line) I have to be honest, the only reason I even go to this location is because it’s close to me, and very convenient. But I’m actually considering from now on if I want to have Del taco… i’m better off driving to another location. Customer service, is not of major importance at this particular location. I stopped by this Del Taco because I was in the plaza picking up my order from Buffalo Wild Wings Go. This Del Taco is right across from it so I decided to get a large french fries here. Finding parking is fine here because there are a lot of spots. When I walked inside, there were other customers dining inside but no one in line to order. So I just waited for like 30 seconds until a employee saw me and took my order of large fries. It took about 2 or 3 minutes for my fries to be ready. When she handed me the bag, the bag was not hot and also the fries weren't hot as well. So I believe the fries was just sitting out there. I asked for ketchup and the worker told me it's right there instead of just giving me ketchup so I just got it myself because I wasn't sure if it was for customer to take. I didn't appreciate the worker customer service but it is what it is. The fries were okay when I got home to eat it. Normally don’t write reviews because I don’t think they actually change much when it comes to corporately owned businesses but I had to this time. This is the 4th time it’s happened where I order something and don’t get what I ordered. I must’ve said large at least 3 times only to get a small. I said hot sauce and secret sauce only to get neither again. At this point it feels like they recognize me and do this on purpose (I know that’s not the case). It’s not a big deal but it does cost extra for those things and not getting them every time I buy is annoying at the very least.
