Denny's Restaurant — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Been going to Denny's since it was" Sambo's" and coffee was only "10" cents a cup and you could sit all night on a dime drinking coffee ,Well things aren't like that anymore and when I came to this Denny's in North Hollywood the service was great the food was almost "uneatable" I ordered the chicken fried steak ,mash potatoes ,gravy and vegetables. It was horrible ,the plate must have been sent back once already but the cook kept it on the line till some other unsuspecting idiot ,Me.....ordered the chicken fried steak . The gravy was unusable,couldn't use the gravy way too much salt ,just on the gravy ,so left all that in the gravy bowel,tried to eat the broccoli,but it was so wilted and discolored that it was like a Rock when I bit into it,really.....so I left that in the plate,then the chicken got it's chance to make this nightmare go away but no couldn't eat the chicken either and just kept ordering another strawberry lemonade to gulp down ,4 in total and had the mash potatoes. Got up left a tip and paid the bill walked out never to return again. Now don't get me wrong ,Denny's has never been this bad ,no restaurant I've been to has ever been this bad ,I don't know what happened to the cook that day or the manager or the waitress or anybody that worked there that day but I have to tell you I already made up my mind that I just must go back to that Denny's and order the same thing again and if it comes just as horrible as this last time I will never be going to another Denny's ever again. I hate this Denny's with all my heart and soul. This Denny's location is a five minute walk from where I live, and I really wish it didn't suck because I actually love to eat at Denny's. But the last five times I tried to eat here, the waitress never came to my table. I'm talking like 10 to 15 minutes, and this was in the middle of the day, when the restaurant was not busy at all. The hostess seats you at the table and then the waitress never comes over to take your order.

The last five times I tried to eat here, I ended up just walking out, because nobody ever came to the table to take my order. If it had been five or maybe even ten minutes wait time, it wouldn't have been a big deal. But after 15 damn minutes, you have to figure that nobody's ever coming to wait on you, so you might as well just walk out of the restaurant and go home.

There also hasn't been any working customer Wi-Fi at this Denny's in more than a year. The few times I inquired, I was told they had a tech working on it, and that the wifi would be working again soon. Just for fun, I also shot off an email to Denny's corporate headquarters, and was told basically the same thing. It must be a company line. "We've got a tech working on the problem and it will be...

Worst service ever. 6/27/18 my server Thipawan was at my table 3 times. I ordered super slam. Over easy with whites done. She said "nono you want over medium". I said no, if I order that always it comes over cooked". She assured me she would tell them to be carefull. Another server a man arrives with crispy egg whites and loose undercooked hashbrowns. He left before i could address that. When she ( MY SERVER) came back by i was trying to tell her but she left quickly not hearing me out. Shortly she arrives with 2 correctly cooked eggs. I tell her thanks, but you are not listening to me. The hashbrowns seem toasty on the outside but not warm or cooked on the inside. She apologized, which was ok. I told her I don't want any of that take it back it needs to be right. My son and I ate a pancake each. We waited awhile, thinking our eggs n hashbrowns will arrive. After a bit she arrives with a bill for 2 pancakes n apple juice. I am like what??? I told her to take it back but i never said we did not want to eat our breakfast.... the manager did not even bother to come and apologize.

The hostess however was very good...
