Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I've never had an issue with this location until TODAY! I ordered on my mobile app per usual (order #151) and it said that Juan was preparing my order (LG pizzas 3 toppings) great, right, not, 2 out of 3 pizzas arrived INCORRECT! I ordered pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños but I got no sausage it was replaced with PINEAPPLE my son is allergic to pineapple! The other one was mushroom, green pepper, and black olives, because I have a vegan visitor in the house, and it arrived MEATY with pepperoni and ham! What a disappointment, I called to get this fixed, gentleman on the phone sounded overwhelmed and distressed, placed me on hold twice to talk to his manager, but Juan the guy who made my order and the manager at this location didn't take the call. The employee who answered the phone should be the new manager or supervisor, he compensated me in full since the pizza was not edible for my quests/family. No complains with the delivery guy Mathew he was so respectful and courteous big tip next time. I hope corporate replies to my review or at least look into this location I'm sure revenue is down due to poor manangement and...

Last month I ordered a pizza and pasta from the dominos near my house. An hour went by and I was wondering where my food was. I called the store 10 times an nobody picked up or contacted me about my order. Afterwards i just gave up and ordered food from somewhere else. Today I ordered the same thing again, giving dominos another shot. After 45 minutes I wondered where my food was since there was no update on the app. Deja vu? I called the store and to my surprise someone picked up on the first call. The worker didnt apologize for the inconvenience but rather told me that there was only 1 driver working tonight and told me it would take another 30 minutes for me to get my food. I asked if the pizza was ready and he said yes and that I could pick it up if I want. So I picked up the pizza because I didn't wanna wait for another 30 minutes. I come home and the pasta and pizza are cold and my pizza isnt even cut! Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. I payed a delivery fee for cold food that I had to go pick up or wait 1 1/2 hours to get? Ridiculous. Never ordering from this dominos ever...

' A GREAT SURPRISE ' I usually order for home delivery, this time I drove to this location. There was good parking by the front door. What first caught my attention was the front door. It was clean and spotless. Usually doors with handles to a business that are dirty and grimy, indicate to me that the place is not up to par. I entered to the cool air conditioned waiting area which was spotless, to be, greeted by a a smiling courteous associate who took my order.

While waiting during a short time, I noticed the patrons entering for their pick up orders to go. Again, they were treated with courtesy and their food was ready. Everyone working there was busy, clean cut and had good attitudes. The kitchen was spotless. I received my order and checked it before I left. This is a habit I had started sometime ago ( at other food establishments), after, getting home and my order was not up to my standards or was a wrong order. This time it was spot on.
