Carnitas Michoacan — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I usually don't share a bad review on places I often go. I have been coming to this location for years I would say about over 10 years. The food is always very good never had a problem with that. Im writing about the customer service I was given today Saturday 8/26 2pm I order two Carne Asada Burrito 🌯 with everything except beans ( I repeated my order twice) I sent my son to go pick up the order like we always do he got home and notice that the Burrito had beans. My wife called and the same lady that took the order over the phone answer and we told her about our concern that the Burrito had beans. She straight out said that we said to put everything on the Burrito including the beans. We went as far as to tell her that we will take back the Burrito and for them to make another two Burritos. She said NO and that it was our fault. She was not going to change them. As a loyal customer I would think they would do the right thing is to exchange the food that was given wrong and move on. Food is good. It’s not all that. Their food prices are already high & they charge extra for their condiments. Dont like that. Also don’t like how they always switch up the prices. We’d pay cash and card and they always give us different prices for the same food order. We have other family members who stopping going here too for that same reason. Their receipts aren’t even itemized, just shows what you paid. Over all food ain’t that good to be spending $50-60 for 3 food plates. 👎🏻 Drinks alone be $4-5 bucks. I've been coming here for over 20 years since I was a little girl. At the age of 13, my go-to plate has always been their menudo and still is. I've tried several menudos in the valley, and this Carnitas Michoacanas is still the best in the Valley. Don't forget to ask for feet it's the yummiest. They also provide freshly handmade tortillas with the menudo order, and its accompanied salsa is made just for the menudo also so yummy.
