I order frequently from this Dominos through the App. Finally amassed enough points for a free pizza for my 4 year old son, who was excited for a pizza night . Only to find that the quality declined sharply (see photographic evidence). I don’t know if it’s a coincidence because it was “free”. But no father should have to see the amount of disappointment in their son’s eyes when we unveiled this abomination of a pizza. How did this get past quality control? It looks like the surface of mars and tasted like a saltine cracker. Not happy.

I ordered a Large (14") Brooklyn ExtravaganZZa Whole: No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Bacon, Alfredo Sauce, Pineapple, Extra Cheese, Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Italian Sausage, Ham, Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Beef. And got a regular bacon pineapple pizza. It is bewildering how little you must care.

This Domino's location(Carson) is next to the best of Domino's. My favorite is the one located in San Pedro. The manager at the Carson Store, Jose, took care of my issue & made it 100% right. I am a very satisfied customer. The old man is the best Brooklyn Style pizza maker!!! We are addicted...

This store has honestly gone for the worst. I’ve been ordering for years from this store and these past two times have received the worst service. 3 months ago I ordered a pizza via there website and not only did it take them an hour to deliver it when I live 5 minutes away they got my order wrong not once or twice but 3 times and ultimately ended up having to pick it up myself to ensure my order was correct. Now this time I order online and go pick it up because I wanted to be on the safer side. Just for me to pick up my order and check in the car and my pizzas are completely wrong again. I go inside and I get a I don’t know what happened to your order. It seems like they have just paying attention to what they are doing. I called and ordered 3 pizzas to carry out. I asked for the 2 topping pizzas. I asked if I could have double cheese, instead of toppings. The rude man on the phone said "no". We don't offer that!" I said "ok". I went in to pick up the order and asked the employee behind the register when they changed the extra cheese instead topping. He said they didn't. I asked for a Manager and girl came up and pretended to be a manager. She said "theres nothing we can do since you already paid". I said "are you the Manager? She said "no". Xxxx is. He said "no Im not ,she is!" I got upset with all the lies and left. This is Dominos on w. Carson in Torrance. Lovely experience, may the new year bring better experiences for all pizza lover's, mine was part of 2020's...

I get my wife & I pizza once a week. Today at 12:30, I called a large 3 topping for pick up. It was wonderful to actually be greeted upon entering the store. Quickly being helped, my order ready to go. I return home with what I honestly felt was a MASTERPIECE!!! Absolutely delicious, crust perfect, & topped as if it had been prepared by my own hand. Thank you for such a quality experience. This was a Home Run. I work in the food service industry & never take time out of my life to post a review. I had to, I am so happy. My belly is full my mouth is satisfied & This feeling is refreshing. Great Job Dominoes Pizza Torrance, Carson Street....
