Ramen Sumiya — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I came in around 10pm ik is kinda late but the server girl was so nice, staffs are very attentive. Food came out fast i even bought an extra pork chashu rice bowl as its only $6 extra in the ramen combo. The ramen came out pretty quick and it is delicious, i was a bit skeptical seeing the chicken is a white meat cut but boi i was wrong, i don’t think I’ve ever tried any white meat cut that is as tender, soft n juicy like how they make it here so it was a very good surprise. Broth is creamy, egg is running but embedded in the broth flavor so well. They gave u lots of noodles so that’s another plus! The bowl might look small but this thing filled me up to the brimmmm i couldn’t even eat the rice so i packed it home. The interior has a cozy vibe with many tables, booths and seats at the bar. They also have a alcohol deal at $3 for beers too. I will be back again to try different ramen types since they all look...

We wanted to try a different ramen place today, and due to the reviews and pictures of the food, this place won out.

I had the ramen with pork, and the charred chicken side dish. Both were excellent, with the charred chicken being top-notch. My wife had the charred chicken bowl and she was equally impressed.

The pork with the ramen was thick slices and well marinated.
