This has been the Domino's closest to me for the past 5 years or so and I've noticed a few pros and cons after a dozen or so pizzas ordered since this became my primary delivery location.
Pro(s): The food has always been extremely consistent in my personal experience and it's at a consistent level of really good. Since this is a restaurant the quality and consistency of the food should always be the most important focus for any restaurant, chain or not, fast food or not. The fact that I can count on the quality of the food to remain consistent is why I haven't looked for another location a little farther away because unfortunately the con(s) are annoying enough to go elsewhere if the food wasn't consistent. I have to also say that the employees are always super nice and apologetic when an issue arises from my cons section, so their customer service has never been an issue.
Con(s): My order is the same every time except that the toppings may change depending on who's eating with me. I always get the 2 or more for $5 each deal with one pizza and one order of their garlic parmesan bites. Again, the food is great BUT the problem is when I'm adding dipping cups for my garlic bites, I always order at least 1 marinara and 1 garlic butter - sadly it's a roll of the dice whether I actually get the dipping sauce or not. I'd say 50% of the time they completely forget to bring them, which wouldn't matter as much if they were complimentary but when you're paying nearly a dollar per dipping sauce, it's annoying not to get what you've paid for. Admittedly I didn't complain the first 3/4 times it happened as accidents happen, but on the 5th time with no sauce I did call the store and they offered to add complimentary sauce to the next order which was fine. They still occasionally forget to add the sauce but I just call and let them know now. The newest issue was last order when I ordered two 20oz Dr. Pepper as well - the driver had my sauce but said he forgot my drinks, he gave me a choice of him driving back to the store or to give me a 2 liter bottle of what he had on hand which was orange soda or Sprite. Not wanting to wait for him to go back to the store while the food got cold, I opted to take the orange soda since the fiancee enjoys it. The driver was very apologetic, but it's still a little annoying that I expect something to be missing from my order at this point. I have used the mobile app every single order, so it's all printed out for them - no room for mishearing my order - and I can verify on my receipts that I didn't forget to add it. I heard from a friend that worked for Domino's as a teenager told me that it's typically the driver's duty to ensure any extras like soda, sauce, etc is with the order; he's supposed to check the order and grab the extras. They've never messed up a pizza, so it seems the point of failure is at the end of the chain. If the order was double checked before the driver left the store I believed this could all...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I ordered 1 medium pizza and 8 pieces of chicken at 7:06pm and i live 8mins far from this location. I was tracking the order on the tracker and it shows that the driver Juarez left at 7:28. At 7:52pm i called the store and asked for the manager Kimberlya (as the name of the manager on the email i received), she was her talking i told her about the situation she didne even try to call the driver all she said is that i will receive the order soon. Another 20mins of waiting i called back at 8:12 and she answered again and i told her to call the driver, while on hold I got a phone call from another number and it was the driver telling that he just arrived and he s at the gate, I run outside and nobody was there, 2mins later he arrived and i asked him why it did take that long he said sorry i had 3 other deliveries (SERIOUSLY?!). I took the food open them and they were freezing, I called back the store and a guy answered and I asked to talk to Kimberlya again, he said just a moment, 3mins later a girl pick up the phone and asked how can she helped me, i said i want to talk to the manager Kimberlya, her answer was sorry we do not have manager today and Kimberlya isnt here today, im like duuuh i talked to her twice and this is the same voice (it was her for sure), I told her that the food are cold i do not want them and she offered me a store credit for two $5.99 pizzas ( Domino's!! People want to eat normal they do not care about the money), i said if this is the only option do it because if you want to remake it im not willing to wait for another 1:15mins to eat. I checked the email and she sent me 1 medium pizza for free for my next order!!! N.B: on the tracker it was shown that I received my order 36mins before the actual time that the driver delivered it. Read moreSo let me share the horrible experience I had due to the employee Shaun that worked this Friday evening. I had my son call to order food and he was hung up on by another employee who said they don't delivered to my apartment. I often order from this dominos pizza location as a pick up however, since it's after their pickup hours they could only deliver and yet they were denying to deliver?! I live in an apartment attached to the business I work for and I was being told they were refusing to deliver here. Shaun continuously kept asking me if I lived in my business and I informed him there was an apartment attached to the business and I would be the one waiting outside for him to deliver our order. He again said no. At this time I was very frustrated and he wasn't making me experience easy. All I wanted was to order a darn pizza and what I got was a very rude employee who wasn't doing his job. He asked for my business phone #, he asked for my personal phone# and even verified my sons phone # which I was calling from. Is this a necessary process that Domino's employees require to ask? This is absurd!!!!! At the end of our conversation I informed Shaun I would write this review and he screamed at me "Do whatever you want!! Do whatever you want". I also informed Shaun I would call his manager tomorrow morning and let him know in regards of the way I was treated. He seemed unbothered. I will never buy any pizzas from this location anymore.
