My aunt had a truly distressing experience at Domino’s that I feel compelled to share. During her visit, she unexpectedly felt faint and ended up passing out. It was a scary situation, and she had to call 911 for assistance. In that moment, she asked for a simple cup of water to help her recover while waiting for help.
Shockingly, the employee on duty refused to give her water unless she paid $2. Given her state—disoriented, shaken, and unable to think clearly—she wasn’t in a position to pay. It was deeply upsetting that, even in an emergency, a basic act of kindness like providing water wasn’t extended.
While I understand that businesses have policies, this was a clear situation where human decency should have prevailed. My aunt was left feeling disappointed and hurt, not just because of her health scare, but because of the lack of compassion she experienced.
I hope Domino’s management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to handle emergencies with more empathy.

Took over an hour for the pizza to be delivere, the pizza was practically cold. The pizzas looked burnt and poorly made. The biggest issue was one of the pizzas i ordered was pineapple and spinach as I cannot eat meat and the pizza i revived had ham and sausage in it!!! Definitely a big issue. I called the store to make them aware of their mistake and make sure no one else had this issue. I was put on hold and then told the manager was not their so i explained to the guy on the phone my situation and he was very “whatever” about it, couldn’t comprehend that i ordered pizza with no meat and somehow got ham and sausage along with the pizza. He then told me” the best i can do is give you credit for next time” and i said that’s fine and he said ok and then hung up without getting any of my information. Read moreThis is the WORST, and I do mean the WORST Dominos pizza store. Horrible customer service. The delivery driver never came to my door to actually deliver my pizza. I guess he called my phone, but I didn't hear my phone ringing. I wasn't home any way. My son was receiving the order. A whole hour and a half went by, my son called me to say that the pizza never came. And I had also be following the order through the online tracker. It said the it was delivered which was NOT true. He NEVER got out of the car to actually do his job which was to deliver the pizza!! I had to leave my fuction early to go over to the store to see what happened. I was NOT the only one upset.
