I always order pizza online (never having an issue) for my siblings or myself & I have never had any problems! However, today I had the worst experience ever.

To begin with, the order came incorrectly. I ordered 3 large pizzas 1. Pepperoni & Jalapeño 2. Pepperoni & Sausage 3. Pepperoni and what I received was 1. Pepperoni & jalapeño 2. Cheese 3. Cheese. Also, the pizza that came correctly (Jalapeño & Pepperoni) had a hair.

In addition, I called the store to let them know that the pizza was delivered incorrectly & they showed no type of sympathy. They said and I quote “well that’s how it was placed online” which I know is incorrect because I’ve done orders online multiple times with no issue. I told them “can you pick up the pizzas and replace it with the correct order, it hasn’t been touched” & she responded with “ I will have to charge you extra”. Why should she have to charge me extra? Then they said “We can pick up all the pizzas and refund you” Absolutely not! That’s not the point! I don’t care about getting refunded or the money! What I care for is to have the problem resolved and the order corrected!

Finally, I asked the girl for her name and she said “I don’t feel comfortable giving you my name” and I said “aren’t you the manager?” And she responded with “No, I’m the assistant manager.” Are you kidding me? This type of service is not okay.

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE! I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I ordered delivery and the order took over 40 minutes processing. When the order finally was completed, I went outside and there was nothing. I went to the store to see what was going on and apparently the delivery driver was “new” and went to the wrong address. So where did our food go?? I low-key think they stole the food and didn’t expect us to say anything because when we arrived to the store, the “manager” looked like a deer caught in headlights. They can’t just get away with scamming people and expect us to not say anything about it.

We were given the option of having our order remade or giving us our refund. We had them remake the order because they would only have refunded us 10 dollars (delivery cost) of the 45 dollar ish order. WE EVEN LEFT A TIP which would have not been refunded. The food was okay; we ordered an 18 count of some bread bites but were given 8 garlic knot twists. I think they were just too lazy to remake what we actually ordered and gave us that.
