Always my husband and I’s go-to when we are too exhausted to cook or hungry for pizza and/or wings. I am definitely a LOYAL customer, even more so then previous to the experience We had the other evening. I decided to venture out and try something I never ordered previously- the specialty chicken. I am allergic to cheese and didn’t realize it is cheesy. It was late, so late that when we ordered, our store wasn’t delivering anymore. Therefore, my husband drove it to pick up our order. When he got home, I opened my boxes of food, then was immediately upset because once I saw the cheese, I knew I couldn’t eat it. My husband eve back to then store, and even through it has JUST closed, the person inside was kind enough to open the door to see what the issue was with our order. Though we hoped to trade it out with regular wings and couldn’t because the store was closing down and the oven was not going to be able to make something else, the manager refunded us our money do the 3 orders of specialty wings I ordered and couldn’t eat. She didn’t have to do this, it meant a lot time and showed that the manager cared. We are extremely loyal Customers now!
I only wish the delivery drivers would more consistently read my instructions that ask th3m to PLEASE not ring the doorbell or knock. I have ptsd And the knocking and ringing of the doorbell exacerbate my PTSD.!
Hopefully they will stop this eventually.
Still give 5 stars for the experience the other night-it showed they cared….. and it was like...
Read moreThe manager is so rude, I don't know how a person like her could be a manager of anything, she and her boyfriend who also works there(the big brown skin guy... I don't know his name but I will) are the worst kind of employees I have ever see, I complained about the fact that his boyfriend was preparing the pizza right after he touched his hair and nose without washing his hands right in front of me, the manager responded yelling me to get out, terrible service and I don't know how these kind of people is working making our food, being not enough, this guy came out of the store when I was leaving and we showed our middle finger each other, suddenly he appeared beside me and punched me in the face, so I went out of my car and the fight started... can you believe it!!! People from the 7/11 told me that is not the first time that guy reacts like that and described him as a crazy an bad educated person...So my question is for whoever who is in charge of this kind of employees... what kind of thugs do you have working for you? After all I spent my day talking to the detectives, without food and with some punches received and all because my complaint, I absolutely will take legal actions against him and eventually against Domino's. Terrible experience. If you want to get pizza, don't get it from here at least you wanna get intoxicated... or involved in a fight if you...
Read morePizza is great, one star shy of 5 due to repeated, excessively repeated, failures to follow my pizza drop off directions and the pizza man ringing the doorbell and/or knocking, causing my dog to go nuts... which is why I clearly ask for the delivery to be completed without knocking or ringing. I have never had a problem with my food here, it is always accurate, consistent, and predictable, which is kind of what you want when you order domino’s. I really wish they would try to remember the cardboard pizza stand they use to place the pizza atop when placing it on the doorstep, occasionally I’ve asked for no contact (and I know I asked this, as my directions are the same and saved in my previous order) and the pizza man would ultimately end up standing at the door, stepped far back, which makes me happier than not, but they still wait for me to open the door and use their pizza hot bag to put my pizza on, this usually happens when I don’t notice there being any cardboard pizza box floor riser.... if you don’t know what I’m referring to, it’s no big deal, I just don’t like it when the pizza guy literally waits until I get my pizza before leaving me with it and going away.... sometimes they wait and watch in their car until I get the pizza, and I really don’t like it. No contact to me means no contact at all, but maybe they use a different standard of “no” than I am...
