Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

6/10/21 Have to update my review: I just wanted to add that the recently 2 of my orders were wrong and when I called to let them know my orders were wrong I was told they were sorry and would issue me a credit so the next time I would have to call to claim my credit but when I called to use the credit I was told they didn't have any notes and weren't aware of the credit and wouldn't honor my credits. It got me pretty upset since I'm a loyal customer and a regular. Gonna start looking for something else since this has happened a couple times now. I should have had a 3 pizza credit.

Have to update my review: I'm changing my 1 star rating to 4 since they started offering the $5.99 mix & match again. Below is why I had given them a 1 star.

The service is good. My food is always right on point. My issue with this location now is the coupons. I would always get the $5.99 mix & match but when I was trying to order the location no longer offers the deal even though it shows it as a national coupon. I would always order 4 pizzas, 3 wings plus other things but now its gonna cost me like $100. Looks like we will have to say goodbye...

So I’m giving 4 on the list. But it should be 5 stars.

So today I ordered, and it came just horribly cut and misshapen cuts to BIG TIME, BUT ‼️‼️

I called back , calmly asked for manager. Had no problem getting to him. I told EDWIN the GM , what happened. He HEARD my complaints , he was kind calm and easy to fix my issue.

He gave me a full free replacement . AND I added a different change to it, which he honored . And got an extra I wanted BUT I did pay for the last item I got. because I’m not a scummy person to take advantage !

Edwin, I know the food service can be harsh sometimes but THANK YOU 🙏 For giving me a great experience AND the new order I picked up today with you , WAS DELICIOUS AND SO PERFECT 👍 I’ll be asking when you’re in man so I can keep ordering lol

This place deserves negative stars. Took my order told me it will be 40 minutes. I called after an hour to see where my order is they said they canceled it because the place was to far for them. They have the worst customer service when I asked them why didn’t let me know the person on the phone said I didn’t take your order for me to let you know. When I asked why take the order they were very rude and said so we took the order but we don’t have to deliver. To the owner of this trash place you need to train your employees to know how to talk to customers because you need your customers to stay in business. I would not recommend anyone buying from this place. If they are that rude who knows what they do behind when they are...
