Recently, I had ordered a pizza from Domino's and unfortunately, I received the wrong one. I was disappointed and frustrated, but my frustration quickly dissipated when Ana came to my rescue. She not only apologized for the mix-up but also offered to send us another pizza by delivery, free of charge.
Ana's quick thinking and willingness to make things right for her customers were truly impressive. Her customer service skills are top-notch and I could not have been more impressed with her positive attitude and commitment to ensuring that we were satisfied with our order.

Read moreI recently ordered the new deal with the any size and topping pizza. I was excited about it because you could pick any toppings you want! So I pick up my pizza and it was missing a topping (pineapple). No biggie accidents happen. So I call to the store and the gentleman offers me a credit. Great. So fast forward to a week later. I go to order a new one and they proceed to put me on hold and I was transferred over to a man who was very rude. While ordering and telling him what toppings I wanted (the same as last time) he said nonono and cut off and said you get only one topping and he was very rude. I said umm okay no biggie I’ll take pepperoni. He then starts talking to someone in the background in Spanish for a while rudely while I was still on the phone. After a few minutes he then says Hello! Rudely to me and says that I can only have one topping I said okay no problem I would like to get delivery please. He then says no you pick it up because you picked up the other one. He was so rude that I just decided to count it as a loss and not order. What a shame! I hope that dominos can track the call. Believe me, I know working in food is hard and that people make mistakes but being nice to customers isn’t that hard. I will never eat at this location again. I stood there waiting, he finally came after he was done making a pizza. I asked him what specials they were offering, he said, "Dominos no longer does that". I tell him, that's weird, because other locations offer specials/coupons in stores and on flyers. His response, "that was long time ago. Dominos doesn't do flyers." He told me to look online if I wanted a coupon or discount. So I looked online and I was surprised to see that this locations prices are higher than the one I usually go to. I didn't come back in. I ordered from one of the stores I frequent down the road.
