The cheap price would be enough to entice people on a budget to book this hotel and through no fault of my own, a friend who was part of the group that we were vacationing with booked this for us thinking that this is a great deal.
The moment we went to our room (which was advertised as a double twin bed that fits up to four people) my jaw dropped because it was so small and barely fit 4 grown women with lots of luggage. There was barely enough room for us and our belongings. We asked to see if we could be moved to a different (and bigger room) but they claimed that the were none available.
The set up up the room was odd, the walls were so thin, the pillows were not comfortable at all, the bathroom layout was bad and there was no proper ventilation whatsoever. if one person takes a dump, the whole room would smell the odor. The traffic noise from outside could have very well-served as our "white noise." The hotel is lacking in basic amenities of a decent hotel (microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, full length mirror, ventilation).
Hospitality is almost non-existent- we requested a full-length mirror, to which they kept saying they would give us. They lied and when I asked for the third time, they said they could not provide one to which I retorted, then you should not have said you will provide it to begin with. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper and took ~ hour to be sent to our room, and when they did, only gave us three towels and ONE toilet paper for FOUR PEOPLE. The water pressure in the shower was a joke and have had to request to fix it. Took forever to fix a clogged toilet.
We requested for our room to be cleaned and proceeded to step out to eat at their in-house restaurant. We came back (almost an hour later) to a room that was clearly not been touched by housekeeping staff. I called front desk- and the guy had the audacity to tell us that housekeeping staff will be leaving in 20 minutes (it was a Sunday).
Save yourself the hassle and spend a little bit more at a...
Read moreFirst of all , i like the hotel design was modern industrial is good point from the font until i got the room on 4 floor with amazing view. the room was so nice but this things was important after tired from concert trying to sleep, but i feel the cover bed everything was not clean and i don't like the smell was weird not feeling well to sleep.

He said "sorry we cant do that is different company" but after that i telling him last night i spoke to some guy he said i can use it. and he cut my words. after that he allow me to use the deposit for the cafe bill.

Read moreStayed at this hotel over the weekend from Oct 4-6th, a room with two full beds with 4 people accounted for in the booking.
Positive notes, the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with a great restaurant downstairs. The location itself is perfect to get to multiple spots in LA, and in the heart of K-Town there were many places to eat and explore.
On the negatives, There were no microwaves or fridges in the hotel rooms, which would not be an issue if the restaurant/cafe downstairs was open later in the evening. The restaurant closes early this time of the year at 4pm, which is very annoying considering that if I were to get food elsewhere I have nowhere to store it, no where to heat it up, and each room had a 1 gallon trash can, making a stay with 4 people in a two bed room very challenging. The restroom/shower inside the bedrooms lack any kind of real privacy, and you would find better privacy in the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas compared to this. The bathroom doors/walls used frosted glass, you can clearly see the outline of people using the bathroom, and more details considering the toilets are facing the beds, and when you are sharing a room with 4 people it does make using the bathroom awkward.
Its almost like the room was designed by someone that doesn't understand why most hotels and even motels have a wall and door isolating the restrooms from the rest of the room. How does a cheap motel offer more amenities than this hotel???
They did not supply our room accordingly with the amount of people staying in the room, and the front desk would forget to bring us pillows or additional blankets unless we came down several times to request it. We are just lucky we packed shampoo, soap, and an extra bath towel.
The hotel itself is beautiful with a great restaurant downstairs, but all of these negatives and downsides just made me not want to stay...
