The management team should train their employees with a little more kind manner with politeness. Some of their employees there have major attitude problems. I understand we are all going through something at the moment. But I didn’t come in to get treated with their negative attitude. If a customer is treated with negative behavior, a customer will not want to pay for the service. There are so many other places where customers can go. The lady at the front was so rude as if the world owes her something. I usually go to this location all the time, and usually the employees are sweet, but today I went in to order something but this girl’s attitude was so bad that I walked away without purchasing anything after trying to order with her. And I’ve never seen her before. At least greet the customer with a little smile. Never going to this location again. If your angry or have any issues psychologically. Don’t come to work. No one’s there to take your negativity. Management team should be more focused on how to train their employees to greet their customers better. The girl who was working at the front @2pm, on May 23rd. Maneger should definitely talk to her: I don’t know if she thinks she is a gangster, but that attitude gotta go. She will scare every customer away. Went to 85 bakery coffee instead. I don’t need that kind of attitude, where I can go somewhere else where they welcomes their customer with the smile. Train your...
Read moreUpdate I happened to go to this Dunkin' Donuts as of recently and although I was respectful towards one of the workers there and did not give her attitude after she messed up my order twice, I felt as I was being sassed by this female worker. She was giving me "mean girl" vibes from the moment I came to order and she was working very very slow. I ordered one singular coffee off of their menu, nothing special, and I was at the cash register (what is normally 2-5 minutes) for minimum 10 minutes. Then my number was called and the drink that was provided was warm I ordered iced and my receipt said iced, then she gave me a mocha drink when my order was a vanilla lattee...I don't know where the mocha even came from. All in all, I love this dunkin and will continue to go to it, but I will not be working with this girl. Contrary to other reviews, this is actually one of the fastest Dunkin' Donuts shop I've been two. The workers I have seen in the multiple times I have gone have all been friendly and help me order any time I need it. They have tasty and light breakfast options and their coffee has never disappointed. The location being near a college campus also helps those students who may need Wi-Fi or just a quiet place to study, and this place provides both. Double...

From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that this store is being run into the ground. The staff act like they would rather be anywhere else, orders are consistently wrong, and customer service is practically non-existent.
The manager, Yesenia, is hands down one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in food service. Instead of leading by example, she snaps at customers, ignores complaints, and treats both staff and guests with complete disrespect. Any issue that gets brought up is brushed off with attitude instead of being fixed. It’s honestly shocking that someone like her is even in charge.
As for the employees, they seem totally untrained and unwilling to help. Drinks are watered down or made incorrectly, food comes out cold or stale, and basic requests are treated like a burden. Don’t expect a smile, don’t expect accuracy, and definitely don’t expect any sense of urgency . You’ll just be disappointed.
There are plenty of Dunkin’ locations out there, and this one gives the whole brand a bad name. Until this place gets an entirely new management team and staff who actually care about customer service or just completely shut down, do yourself a favor and go literally...
