Dunkin' — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Visited this location yesterday and stood at the counter for 3 minutes until i was acknowledged... I went in for a Dunkacino, which is coffee and hot chocolate, TOGETHER, in a cup.. Worker advised me they didn't have any.. And I'm thinking to myself.. Well this is a Donut/Coffee shop, so why don't they have neither?!?.. So fine.. No warm drink.. Then I go to the donuts.. I ask of they have any Strawberry filled munchkins and they only had raspberry.. So then I ask the clerk, what are those heart shaped donuts filled with, she says, raspberry.. What happened to regularly filled strawberry donuts? OK fine... No warm drink.. No strawberry filled anything... So I ask for a iced devils food donut and the worker semi-argues back and forth on with me, on what type of donut it was... First off, if its just a devils food donut, it would be considered a Cake donut.. When it has icing, its considered a Iced Cake Donut.. I didn't have the patience or the time, especially when I couldn't get anything warm to drink.. So tell me Dunkin D.. If you DONT HAVE COFFEE or HOT CHOCOLATE, how are YOU making these customers happy?!? ...unless the workers were lazy and didn't want to serve me properly.. Only positive review I could give is on the donut, which was delicious.. The workers... Geesh.. Find someone who wants to actually WORK in...

I’ve never had a bad encounter at this store with one of your employees. I bought four dozen doughnuts. the employee has three nose rings which to me, looks unprofessional. so as I’m waiting formy donut , then employee sees me, tapping the glass and sees my children tapping the glass because there is a fly a big fat fly. I asked employee to not give me the last donut on the second row middle basket because that fly was sitting there for a while, instead of your employee looking at the basket, she stares at me and keeps saying this one this one which I’m pretty sure anybody will find it. Annoying. Moving forward. She was putting my four box in one plastic bag. I asked for an extra plastic bag which I don’t mind paying for that plastic bag. She comes back with a paper bag the tall cashier, Guy asked her. Do we not have any more plastic bags she stares at him to...

I think the donuts at dunkin are overhyped.. I had never been to a dunkin and from what i kept hearing and commercials i thought it'd be at least palatable.. This is the 2nd dunkin ive been to and i really am underwhelmed from the donuts.. They're stale and tastes like theyre either old or fried in old oil. Idk i dont make donuts, i just know they are not good at all. Whatever, I really would rather support small mom and pop businesses anyway..

On the positive side, place is clean and the employee that assisted us was very friendly and sweet. AND THERE IS A BASKIN ROBBINS! Oh, the ice cream cakes are amazing! ♡ Which is why i even stepped in and purchased some donuts; to give it another chance after the disappointing first time, several...
