Horrific experience! 12/25/24 4:32pm I walked in to place my order for cold foam cold brew since I didn't want ice, but there was only a "less ice" option on the app. I placed the order & when I saw them making my drink, I asked the guy making it to please do it "no ice". He had the cup FULL of ice. He said he can only do "less ice" & that I should have selected that on the order. I told him there was no option to do so. He said, "too bad, I can only make it as ordered." I explained that that's why I walked in to place the order & verbally let you know. He didn't care. I asked for the manager-he said he was the manager. I asked his name, he said Robert. He dumped out half the ice, leaving the cup still half full of ice & filled it with coffee from tap. He put the drink where the ready orders go. I picked it up & told him it wasn't correct because it didn't have the cold foam I ordered, regardless of the ice. I walked over to show the other employee, since he seemed nicer. I asked him why my drink doesn't have cold foam. I was given an iced coffee & that's not what I ordered. Robert grabbed my drink & crushed the cover, spilling it all. I said, "hey, I paid for that" & he said he cancelled the order and refunded me. Then he said I spilled the drink on the credit card swipe machine, which I didn't. He was the one that pulled the cover off the drink & squeezed the cup & grabbed it out of my hand.

Read moreEvery time I come to this location the Asian worker is extremely rude. Don't like leaving bad reviews but this guy always makes my experience very stressful. Always has a look on his face like he doesn't want to be there. When you say something about an order being wrong he gets extremely angry and gives you a look of hatred. Seems to have anger issues and I'd suggest anger management. Also suggest that if he doesn't like his job then quit. What ever problems are going on in this employee's personal life he seems to bring to work. Customers are paying you money for a service so don't get mad at them just because you hate your job. That's not our fault and we don't deserve that treatment. No matter how much I disliked my job I have never taken it out on the customer who are helping the business run. Ok, I am waiting against the wall when this Caucasian guy wearing grey color pants and red doordash mask walking to the stand saying he is here to pick order what has to be mine! Thanks to employees they stopped the guy who returned my order and pretend to play dumb, by saying “oh on my hand it's says your name and order #, that's odd let me make a call” and just left, I don't even have “doordash” app to blame any system error. Once I exited I saw him driving off in old model of four-door sedan, grey or silver color with rack located on the roof with some belongings on it.
